Large 6 bedroom sea view villa - groups up to 19 in number

Located in the heart of Rodney Bay, 2 - 3 minutes walk from most amenities, whilst being very private. The owner does not live on site, but is a short drive away if required.

Housekeeping is available Mon - Fri at no extra cost. We offer a very caring service and the property is cleaned to a high standard.

You will be met by the owner on arrival and be provided with useful information on tours, shopping and local facilities. All our properties have excellent free Wi-Fi high speed Internet access.

The property has 2 desktop mobile telephones allowing FREE calls between apartments and to the property manager. You can also receive calls from any part of the world free of charge on the apartment handset. You would need to put credit on the phone to make outgoing calls to external numbers.

Please note that the manager for this property lives and works within 1 minute drive of the property so any problem encountered is swiftly dealt with, irrespective of time of day or night.

We have recently added an additional 1-bedroom annex apartment increasing the bed count to a maximum of 20 people. Groups larger than 20 in number can have the additional members accommodated by placing folding beds or using neighbouring villas a short walk away.

This property is a very large 6 bedroom villa, providing guest house type facilities. Full-time housekeeping staff look after the villa. The villa is divided into 3 apartments. The 1-Bed and 2-Bed apartment are located on the ground floor and a 3-Bed apartment is located on the first floor. The whole villa is ideally suited for large families or large groups of people. Notes A charge of 35% is levied for cancellation before 2 months of arrival. Cancelled bookings within 2 months of arrival is non-refundable. Optionally cancelled bookings, at any time prior to arrival, may be transferred to a future date of up to 12 months. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. All cancellations must be in writing - by email.
To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required and the balance is payable 2 months before arrival. If booking within 2 months of arrival, then the full amount is required to confirm the booking.

Smoking only permitted in balconies. Separate laundry room operated by housekeepers at a small cost. There are 3 large adjoining balconies upstairs, offering extra dining for up to 10 people. The middle balcony also has a twin hammock and sofa seating for 5 people. Spectacular sea and marina views. The island of Martinique can be seen on a clear day.
