Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

Charming nautical cottage on beach level with beautiful manicured green lawn adjacent to patio and then - just a few steps to the beach. From Spring through Fall enjoy the view of the sun setting from either the patio or while relaxing on the couch. This newly redecorated condo is completely furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation on the beach. Sleeps 4 with a new firm Queen size bed (in the bedroom) and a non-folding Murphy bed in the living room .

There are TV's with Cable, VCR and DVD players. In addtition, the unit includes: Gas fireplace,phones, stereo, fully-equipped kitchen, new linens and towels, and a stacked washer and dryer in the unit. No need to bring beach chairs, cooler, sand toys or beach towels- they are all here for your enjoyment.

North Coast Village has beautiful sculptured grounds with waterfalls, streams, and ponds with Japanese Koi. On the property, you will find a large beautiful swimming pool with separate Jacuzzi in a tropical setting. There is a recreation room with ping pong tables, pool tables, a fitness room, two saunas, as well as putting green and gas BBQ's. There is also a covered parking space in an underground gated parking garage.

We are located a five minute walk from the Oceanside Harbor where you can rent kayaks, jet skis, go on a dinner cruise or a chartered fishing boat, There are shops and restaurants of all sorts in this charming Cape Cod style harbor, We are a 20 minute walk to the pier where you can walk, fish or take in a meal, You can also walk to the train station
