Family house, which can accommodate at least eight people , (the layout is on two independent level, making it ideal for two families), it boasts a mature terrace garden, (with citrus-fruit, vine, succulent plants etc..)

Views of the rade de Villefranche and the cap ferrat. The old village, its shops, restaurants, port and beaches are all walking distance. The old town of Nice, the Cap Ferrat, Monaco, the villages of the back-country, museums, public gardens and beaches are all centre of interest, easy to reach..

Closed garage, and internet connexion.
Nearest Airport : Nice at 14 Kilometres
Nearest Train : Villefranche sur mer at 1 Kilometres

Villefranche is the first bay at the east of Nice. It's the real Riviera, or Cote d'Azur. The towns and villages are sheltered by the mountains, which protects them from winds and clouds, and retains the heat.

Villefranche offers an authentic atmosphere, of a small Provençal port (fortress, covered streets etc…)

The nearby old town of Nice has a lot of character too. Many museums and gardens of great quality to be visited in the near region (details and recommendations on demand) There are in Villefranche and in Nice many restaurants, including some at reasonable prices.

In the big downstairs studio-room, there are two single beds if necessary. We supply mattress-covers, blankets, bed-spreads and pillows, but not the bed-sheets, pillow-cases, nor bath towels.
