It offers 6 bedrooms (2 180x200cm double beds, 1 140x200cm double bed, 6 90x200cm single beds, 4 toilets, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art facilities, lounge with Freeview HD television, DVD player and video recorder, hi-fi system, air-conditioners, Internet, excellent insulation (climatic house), break room with games and library, billiard room, private pool (8x4m), tennis, table tennis, hammocks, swing frame, barbecue, etc.

We settled in St Clement to build our home, our marriage and our family. After our lives rooted to the foot of the small mountain known as the 'Bois de Paris', we naturally wanted to host first two children from Madagascar and then into a new home, vacationers whose diversity gives us experience and enrichment.

What makes this villa unique

It is a place whose energy brings peace, warmth, friendliness and kindness. It is also a tourist place with variety Sommières city and its Roman bridge, Banbouseraie Anduze, the Cévennes and the tourist train, amusement parks with ropes course, water park, large funfair, naturist beach sea, hiking and mountain biking, classical music festival of Oldtown and many other things.

La maison idéale

Non seulement le gîte de Saint Clément est bien conçu, les 6 chambres
réparties en trois îlots autour de la salle de séjour permettant à
chacun de préserver son intimité. Non seulement, cette maison fraîche
dispose de tous les aménagements nécessaires à la vie d’une grande
famille. Non seulement les équipements de loisir (piscine, baby foot,
tennis de table, pétanque, billard, jeux de société, grand terrain)
offrent de multiples activités qu’une semaine n’a pas permis d’épuiser.
Mais, en plus, Cœur de Soleil est géré par un propriétaire absolument
charmant qui pare à tous les besoins des occupants et règle avec
calme les incidents domestiques.
Cet environnement agréable a créé un bien-être que les trois générations
ont ressenti et partagé. Donc, un lieu à recommander à tous

Très agréable sous le soleil

Séjour des plus agréable grâce au soleil nous permettant de gouter à la terrasse le midi et au jardin si bien pourvu de distraction sportive et récréative dans la journée.
La restriction du bruit le soir n'était pas contraignante vu la température de soirée nous obligeant à rentrer dans la maison.
La connexion internet est en revanche très capricieuse ce qui est problématique quand on doit travailler.

Owner's Response: Merci de votre appréciation. Toutefois je voudrais apporter deux précisions : d'habitude les locataires nous disent que l'internet marche de façon parfaite. Je suppose que le fait de travailler simultanément avec au moins 5 ordinateur ou tablettes en même temps a saturé la ligne, c'est comme une autoroute au retour de vacances, il y a des bouchons ! D'autre part, il n'y a pas de restriction de bruit le soir mais uniquement pendant la nuit - à l'extérieur de la maison - c'est à dire à partir de 22 Heures l'hiver et à partir de 23 heures l'été. Le village est en effet d'un silence profond la nuit, ce qui fait partie de la qualité de notre environnement. Par contre, la maison est très bien isolée du bruit et on peut faire la fête à l'intérieur toute la nuit sans gêner personne.

Maison louée pour un long week-end entre amis-famille avec enfants: tout le monde y a trouvé son compte entre piscine, jeux extérieurs, jardin.
