Enjoy our flat located close to the wonderful port Vauban, a couple steps away from the Old Town of Antibes and the sandy beach of 'la Gravette'. The flat is in a recent building (2007) and has been refurbished in 2011. Living area with a sofa convertible into a bed for two, flat screen TV, internet high speed wifi.

Large dining area offers relaxing atmosphere for your brunches and dinners. Outdoor balcony. A bed room with two single beds (possibility to transform into a single king size bed). Kitchen area is equipped with vitro-ceramic hub, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, ... Bathroom with a bath including a shower corner, independent toilet. Free private underground parking lot. Secured access to the building with videophone. Restaurants are in immediate neighborhood as well as shops, cash machines, and a variety of bars.

Wonderful!

My husband and I recently spent a wonderfully relaxing week staying in the lovely La Plage apartment in Antibes. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandson stayed in the equally delightful Le Port apartment on the second floor.

We have always stayed in hotels before, so this was our first taste of self-catering and we couldn't have been more impressed. The apartment is spotlessly clean, extremely well provided with everything you could possibly need (including ample power points and electric fans which kept the temperature at a very pleasant level during the hot weather). Yes, there is some traffic noise when the door to the balcony is open, but it is not intrusive and we found it fascinating watching the comings and goings in the street while we ate our breakfast!
The apartment is perfectly located for access to the harbour, beaches, shops, restaurants, railway station and airport bus stops and we didn't miss having a car at all. Everything was within a very short walk of the apartment,

Ann-Marie who greeted us on arrival was delightful and there was even a welcome bottle of wine, which was much enjoyed.

We would definitely like to return to this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Antibes.

Great stay in perfect location

La Plage was the perfect base for strolls through old town, trips to the beach, and convenient to the train station and buses for day trips and access to the airport. Francois and his family were very accommodating and helpful, and the apartment was great for our family's visit (walkable to everything and clean and well-maintained) to Antibes. We enjoyed a picnic on the beach on our last evening, which was a wonderful way to end our vacation.

I stayed in La Plage for the months of January – March. Not the typical time to visit Antibes but a very pleasant one. The town is not crowded, it’s a great time to get away from it all. The apartment is just as shown, very nicely furnished, clean, and well appointed. It’s in a perfect location. It only takes seconds to be out of town by car or to walk to the edge of the harbor. And yet it’s no more than a five minute walk to get into the heart of Vieil Antibes. Everything is a short walk, including the train station, yet the area is quiet at night.
I totally enjoyed my stay. The owner is friendly and extremely easy to work with. I was greeted on arrival by the local property manager and a welcoming bottle of wine. Remember, too, that if you plan to have a car there is secure parking under building. In the summer this is very important.
I’m confident that visitors will thoroughly enjoy their stay and would highly recommend it to my friends.

Spring retreat

This was our second very satisfactory experience with Homeaway. The owner responded promptly and helpfully to all our emails. The apartment was presented in a very clean condition; was as described; was well equipped and included a few thoughtful extras; and there were no unwanted surprises. We specifically chose this apartment with garage as we came by car and it suited us excellently. It is easily accessible without tackling Antibes' narrow streets! However the station is only 3 minutes away and we found travel to e.g. Monte Carlo much simpler by train. All the fun parts of Antibes are within 5 or ten minutes easy walk.The apartment was quiet, only very occasional road noise and during our stay no sounds from adjoining flats (This March of course the weather was not conducive to throwing open the balcony windows!) Overall we would have no hesitation in returning again, or recommending this apartment for a couple wanting a base in this delightful town. Four persons would probably need to be close family or friends, although the apartment is well equipped to accommodate four.

La Plage,a great apartment .

My wife and I have just spent the most wonderful week in this apartment,which is very classily furnished,and appears quite new.It is fitted out with all cutlery,crockery,linen and everything the holiday maker could need.The agent who welcomed us and explained everything we needed for a comfortable stay,could not have been more friendly or helpful.
The apartments location in the old part of town,made our excursions to the markets,stalls,shops,museums and a multitude of restaurants very easy.We were fascinated by the huge number and variety of yachts and cruisers moored practically next door in the Port Vauban,and enjoyed visiting the beaches.The apartment has a very maritime aspect to it as the masts and rigging of the yachts nearby are visible from the balcony.
Another attraction of the apartment is its proximity to the railway station(300metres),which made day trips to Cannes and Nice very simple and enjoyable.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Plage,and will certainly be recommending it to our friends.

Access by train: TGV (High Speed Train) station of Antibes only 300 m away. TER (REGIONAL EXPRESS TRAIN) which serves all the coast, very practical to go to visit Cannes, Grasse or Nice. Access by plane: international Airport of Nice Côte d'Azur (20 km), direct link by bus from the airport to the Antibes railway station (bus 250).
