This development is found 18km up the La Manga Strip, which has views of two seas and sandy white beaches either side of road along your journey. The Mediterranean on one side and the Mar Menor (The Little Sea) on the other. The shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the absence of tides makes this the ideal place for a large variety of water sports. Add this to the waters of the Mar Menor being recognised as some of the most therapeutic in Europe and with the sun shining up to an average of 322 days per year, it's the perfect choice Along the full 22 km strip there are pockets of Shopping centres, restaurant, bars & activities, with the picturesque Tomas Mastreo Marina acting as your backdrop to the apartment views. Alongside the apartment are two landscaped communal pools for residents usage, and a superb supermarket facility. Beaches are literally a 5 minutes walk on either side of the apartment.   • Confirmation will be accepted with a £100 deposit per booking, non refundable. Full and final payment must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to the departure date. Any bookings falling within the 6 week departure date must be paid in full at time of booking.
    Linen is included for the two bedrooms and not the sofa bed, should this be required a further £25 for additional linen is payable.
    The Apartments and Penthouse are ideal for LONG TERM WINTER & SPRING LETS: With a minimum of 1 month rental - Prices can start from as low as £150 per week.
  • The rental is for the property only and does not include transport from and to airports - However this can be arranged:
    San Javier(Murcia) Airport: 50 euro each way journey
    Alicante Airport: 100 euro each way journey
  • A Welcome Pack can be included for your arrival at an additional £20 this will contain:
    Bread, Butter, Jam, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Bottle Water & Juice -
    For a further £10 this can be upgraded to include:
    6 Eggs, Chesse Slices, Tomatoes and a bottle of Red Wine or Cava or 6 lager.

How to get there from the UK: An excellent choice of Low Cost Flights from the majority of UK Airports to the Two key Airports servicing the area. Murcia (San Javier) Airport is only 40 Kms from Tomas Maestro Marina via two excellent free flowing dual carriageways or Alicante Airport which again is practically a straight run approximately, 75 Kms. Plans are also well underway via new road networks to make ready for the construction of a new International Airport, which is to be situated slightly inland to San Javier at Corvera and is positioned between the two existing airports some 60 Kms from the apartment.

Had a very relaxing stay, the apartment was of a good standard, particulary impressed by the amount of outside space.
Although fairly quite at this time of year, and not all local facilities open, still a fair amount of restuarants to choose from, would recommend for a winter relaxing break.

Easy to find, and a nice drive from Alicante
