This lovely villa is surrounded by its own beautiful garden, with many palms and tropical trees and has a very large swimming pool (12x5m) with Roman steps and is surrounded with terraces with a portable BBQ, and shower. The villa is all on one floor and the sleeping accommodation consists of a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, together with a separate bathroom. The lounge/dining room has digital satellite TV with BBC, ITV and other channels and a DVD. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, and there is also a dining area on the big covered terrace giving a view over the beautiful garden.

The villa is located in a quiet rural position in Montes Juntos on the hillside above Vale de Parra, 2km from the 'Blue Flag' beaches of Gale and nearby a good choice of other beautiful beaches. There are many local restaurants, the nearest being within easy walking distance, together with a supermarket and a fresh fish shop. Albufeira town is 8km away, around 10 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5km and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

  • Changeover day: Saturday.
    Prices shown are for up to 4 persons. A 5th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
    TO BOOK : Booking via e-mail or phone. We will confirm bookings when we receive a 25% deposit together with the Booking form. The remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has not been any breakages reported by our property management office.
    Payment can be made by cheque, Bank transfer,Credit cards (2% surcharge) or Debit card ( free )
  • We also arrange car hire and airport transfer. Please ask for prices.
  • Mobile internet dongles available on request at 35 pounds per week.

They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to water parks, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone number provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
