4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, (sleeps 8) + with 2 bed Apt sleeps 12

Ground Floor: lounge with satellite TV with BBC & ITV channels, separate dining room, WC, spacious fully fitted kitchen, with breakfast table, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. First floor: double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with twin hand basins, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is air conditioning in the lounge and all of the 4 bedrooms in the main house. The villa has an additional (non air conditioned) apartment at semi basement level. Lounge and kitchenette with full size patio window. Satellite TV, (from main villa receiver). Fully fitted kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, WC.

The swimming pool ( 9m x 4.5m ) which can be heated ( this is available as an optional extra ) is surrounded by terraces and lawned garden. The villa has a safe and an alarm system and is enclosed with walls and a gate.

This villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, off the road to the ' Blue Flag' beaches of Galé. The beaches are only 1km so within easy walking distance. There are lovely rural views to the rear of the property. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, with two, just at the end of the road. One of these is a very popular fish restaurant. The property is totally enclosed by a wall and gates. There is a mosaic tiled swimming pool 9m x 4.5m with steps, which is surrounded by terraces with a BBQ and shower in the pool area. Albufeira town with its interesting Old Town and music bars, and the marina are 6 km away, around 10 minutes drive. Guia town is 5km and is famous for many good value restaurants many specialising in chicken piri piri. The nearest supermarket is 300m. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas ( majority of films in English ) and Ten Pin Bowling.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Heated swimming pool : £150 pounds per week.
    Prices shown are up to 8 people. To rent the apartment, for up to 4 persons, per week : low £300 - other seasons £400 .
    Changeover day: Thursday., but we are flexible out of the main season. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. On departure.
    Cots and high chairs can be provided : cot: £15 per week. High chair: £10 per week.
    To book : please email, fax or phone. Your booking is confirmed after we receive your booking form together with a: 25% deposit. The remaining balance of 75% is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £300(£400 with apartment). Is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no damage or breakages reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card.
    (There is a surcharge for card payments).
  • Air conditioning is included in the rental price.
    Free WiFi.
  • We can also arrange car hire and airport transfers cheaper than airport prices.

Great property, Great service...

Great property with a holiday company that know how to offer great service. Any holiday house is a bit of a gamble and I have done lots. This is one not to worry about. The house is in excellent condition and the garden and the pool (deeper than most pools which was nice) are great. Note for families unlike france you don't have to have a fence around the pool so for young kids please take note (For 3 boys ages 5, 6 and 11 ideal all can swim at least 10 m so not the worry). The daily maids service and pool man were very efficient and did a great job. You can walk to the local beach which is superb along with the restaurants overlooking them (albeit a bit pricey). We went in October so suspect not as busy as the summer which for me is ideal, because this area is set up for holiday makers so I imagine it is very busy in August. Only criticism for me is the area is full of brits (I like to get away and experience somewhere different) and you don't get a feel for the culture. To do this head for the hills and a traditional restaurant on the way west from Monchique which is great value and superb food. Also for body boarding and stunning natural beaches head to the west coast (need a car). The holiday company were great and people arrived the following day to check we had everything we needed. Would definately book again for the house and the sun.

An excellent villa with bags of space and lovely facilities.
Very clean and friendly maid /gardening/pool service. Pool and barbeque ideal for those who like to stay in and lots of restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. Pleasant walk to the beach if you want a change.
Friendly, efficient agents to share any problems with and a handy welcome pack if you arrive late in the day.
Would recommend it to anyone.
