'WOW' - is what you will say when you walk into your beautifully kept vacation home- 16' vaulted ceilings with custom crown molding, faux decorated walls, and long view of water.

Our house is located on a quiet residential street on the river side of the Island, Fishing is great off the dock- as our access to the river is very short! The 12 feet of great room patio doors open fully into - offering a long panoramic view of water, the heated pool, lanai (with 2 loungers and table with chairs) And Afternoon sun you will enjoy is a definite 'Plus' on the lanai while you enjoy the heated swimming pool Your home is taken care of with every detail possible - new carpeting, wall decor, Hand built walnut Kitchen cabinets- and Granite counter tops

55' HD TV IN GREAT ROOM and WIFI internet

The Master bedroom boasts a tray ceiling with recessed lighting, offering a King size bed ,a huge bathroom with oversized tub and shower. Walk in Closet too. ( there is a TV is in MBR too) What makes our house unique is that we built it with the MBR on one side of the house, 2 other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. Allowing Privacy when you want it! There are patio doors in the MBR that open to the lanai and pool- with a panoramic view of water ''

And all three bedrooms have their OWN Bathrooms!

Bedroom #2 features a queen bed, also with patio doors that also open to the lanai and pool and again- with its own bathroom, and a tv as well. . Bedroom #3 with an 'oceanic' theme has twin beds- again- with its own bathroom.

And there is a Pack N Play crib for your little one!

Gourmet Kitchen features custom Walnut cabinetry, 16' ceilings- Granite Countertops, walnut flooring in the work area - dine in the eating area that has yet another set of patio doors to the Lanai/water view , or enjoy your cuisine on the patio furniture on the lanai.

When you are ready to go to the beach, grab the provided beach chairs and umbrellas and your ready to go. Or if you prefer to stick close to home, grab your pole and do some fishing off the dock in the yard.

When you have time after a full day enjoying Marco Island- boating, beaching, shelling or golfing, you can relax and watch one of the three TVs, pop in a DVD, or listen to the stereo. Or grab your favorite book and enjoy reading on the lanai, listening to an occasional fish jumping out of the water to amuse you.

Parks are close. golf and tennis too. And if you have any time left on your trip- do some shopping.

Boat Lift and boat on picture is not available- you may only Day Dock your personal watercraft

We built our model home in because Marco Island is truly paradise. Our house is also 'our second home' , so the decorating and house has a warm feeling.

It is said that when you come over the bridge to the island, your feel your blood pressure going down immediately. Your vacation will be a stress free time, as we have a caretaker that is available to answer any questions - From the spectacular sunsets to the breathtaking sunrises, you will for sure come back to our island of paradise

What makes this house unique

The layout that we designed for our home is to provide privacy and comfort. Each of our bedrooms has its own bathroom, and our MBR is on one side of the house, with BR 2 and 3 on the opposite side. We have a long view of water, offering plenty of privacy- and the back of the house is all patio doors- MBR, Great Room, BR 2 and the Kitchen!! So when your sitting on the lanai enjoying the pool (that gets afternoon sun) the peace and quite (we are on a residential side street) you will know what peacefulness is.

Great home, Great location, Great vacation!

My family and I just returned from our first vacation on Marco Island. We couldn't be more pleased with this house! We are from Michigan...we are 'up north' people, so being on the water was important to us. We saw a dolphin, manatee, stingray and many fish during our week. We loved spending time on the beautiful dock and lanai...morning, noon, and night!
This house is not only beautiful, it is comfortable. We were all impressed with the wood working detail and the decor, yet we felt relaxed and at 'home'. The location was perfect, as my 8 yr old was able to ride bikes on the side streets. We loved that it was not on main road.
We are already planning to return to Marco Island next year. I am hoping to stay here again!

we want to say Thank you for the good time we had in your beautiful house on Marco in November 2012! It was a real hit that we chose your house on this website! When we arrived, we found a very lovely house in a perfect condition: Best start for nice holidays! We don´t miss anything!

Also we want to thank you for your exceptional friendly support all the time! You´ve been always there for questions, doesn´t matter if it was the booking procedure or questions around the house (I found the iron immidiately after your tipp ;-) ). From the first time of our contact, you guided us well, so that we had a really easy start into our holidays!

We will recommend your lovely house to everybody who wants to come to Flordia, Marco Island is a wonderful place and your home is it, too. We seriously come back!

Außerdem möchten wir dir für deine außergewöhnlich freundliche Unterstützung danken: Du warst stets für Fragen da, ganz gleich ob es um die Buchung ging oder um das Haus (Ich habe das Bügeleisen gleich nach deinem Tipp gefunden ;-) ). After vacationing in Southwest Florida for many years, we decided to check out Marco Island. We found the perfect home to spend our holiday vacation! This home is well-maintained and has a brand new gourmet kitchen and newly remodeled bathrooms! Well-equipped with everything you need for your vacation in Marco Island. The owners are wonderful and truly want you to be happy. The Lanai was great for relaxing, swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. We enjoyed the gorgeous beaches on Marco Island and the great restaurants. We plan on visiting again and staying in this wonderful home!

This was our second time staying at this property. We had a great time staying there and the property
could not have been nicer. The kitchen has been remoldeled and the home was spotless clean. Our children love the pool and the location on the Island is perfect.

beautiful and the house was equally beautiful. We Loved the view down the
canal and even saw the Manatee that lives
under the dock! The dining and shopping
