This beautiful newly built villa with private pool, heated if required, is situated in the peaceful and quiet area of Vale do Milho in Carvoiero yet close to the town centre and all its amenities. On two levels, the ground floor has an entrance hall, lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen and two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bath/shower room and the other with shower room adjacent. The lounge, dining room and one bedroom all have patio door access to a large covered terrace with steps down to the private pool area. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with adjacent shower room. There are patio doors leading onto a covered balcony with splendid sea views. The pool and terrace has two dining areas, a built-in barbeque and shower with sun beds for all and is surrounded by newly landscaped and lawned gardens.

Nearest Motorway: Junction 6, A22 at 7 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres

This villa is well located near to the village of Carvoeiro and all main attractions but a car is recommended. The nearest beach, Centianes, is a few minutes drive away although it is possible to walk (approx. 20 mins.) Carvoeiro village is 5 minutes away by car and within 10/15 minutes drive there are two 18 hole championship golf courses at Pinta and Gramacho. Within a short drive there is also the scenic Vale do Milho 9 hole golf course with its excellent bar and restaurant. There are easy driving connections to all the main tourist attractions at Zoomarine, Aqualand, Slide and Splash as well as many more excellent beaches and restaurants.

  • A £250 non returnable deposit is required on booking. The balance is required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival, together with a separate cheque for £200 as a returnable damage deposit. Air conditioning is available at £80 per week.Pool heating is available for £100 per week for the first week £50 per week thereafter. Please remember that pool heating can take up to 3 days to reach required temperature before guests’ arrival.Camp beds for children, cot and high chair available on request at no extra cost. Changeover days flexible. Keys will be made available at the villa on arrival.

This was our second summer holiday at Casa Mocho - we booked this summer as soon as we returned from our first visit in August 2007! It is a fabulous property set on a spacious plot. The gardens are very pretty and colourful and it is in a really quiet area. The pool area is lovely and the villa itself has all you need in terms of creature comforts! Having the property manager locally is a huge plus and she was always on hand to sort any problems that occured (like us locking ourselves out!). She also assisted with booking our transfer from Faro, car hire and tickets to local attractions (at a discount) which was invaluble and one less thing to think about. A car was a must for us and I would recommend one. Although the village was too far for us to walk with our young family taxi's to the square are plentiful and cheap even if not always too jolly!! As a family we would whole heartedly recommend Casa Mocho and the surrounding area - we will be returning again without doubt.

A beautiful villa for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. Wonderfully furnished and equipped. We had an excellent holiday and enjoyed it so much we booked again the day after we came back!
