Townhouse located 500 meters from the walls. All the advantages of the city center near without the disadvantages including noise. Very quiet, renovated in 2006 home with luxury services. Outdoor courtyard with patio 100 m2, very quiet, full of greenery. it will be good to relax in the evening in a typical gazebo and take meals in the shade of large umbrella. Its olive and citrus tones give a Provençal appreciated by all visitors.

Inside, the equipment is complete and allows you to live at home.

Various rental options are available to you depending on the number of people and length of stay.

PERFECT LOCATION; BEAUTIFUL & COMFORTABLE

We are four friends and stayed in this beautiful home in mid-September. The location is perfect and an easy walk or drive to the walled city. The bus stop is a block away on the corner, as well as a great fruit/vegetable market and bakery we visited each day. The house is pristine, very well maintained and very well equipped with all the amenities you will need. The wi-fi worked great, and we were able to stream movies from the computer to the large flat screen tv. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms spacious. The patio was really nice on warm days to sit out in the sun. The location is perfect for a day trip to so many places ie. l'isle-sur-la-sorgue and fontaine du vaucluse, Orange, Nimes, Arles, pont du gard... we were able to see so much from this location. Jean-Yves was very helpful and gracious. We couldn't have asked for a better owner; it so much helped that he spoke good English, and was there when we needed but not there when we didn't... so we had plenty of privacy. i would recommend this property to any of my friends who go to this are. We have traveled a lot and have a lot of holiday homes to compare; great value and experience.

AN OASIS OF TRANQUILITY IN AVIGNON

My wife and I and our two daughters (14 and 11) have just returned home after a wonderful 9 day stay in Avignon. Our holiday was arranged at the last minute, and the owner, Jean Yves was very helpful and flexible in making the booking arrangements. The property surpassed its description, being beautifully appointed and well maintained. We were met by Jean Yves who provided good information on local amenities and made himself available for any queries we had. The property itself is a five minute walk from the walls of Avignon. The residential area has 2 bakeries, a Fruit and Vegetable shop and a decent sized supermarket, all within easy reach. The Centre of Avignon is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the property. The quiet courtyard and the air conditioned house is a welcome antidote to the bustle and heat of the city. There is plenty to see and do in Avignon and ate out in some lovely restaurants recommended by Jean Yves. Nimes, Orange, Pont du Gard and Chateauneuf du Pape are all within 45 minutes of the property and Arles and the Camargue beyond are a great day trip. I would thoroughly recommend this property for a great holiday in Provence.
