Our apartment is situated on a small, luxury complex which encloses two swimming pools surrounded by palm trees Our attractive first floor apartment overlooks the two swimming pools and is situated within a short walking distance to several blue flag beaches and is close to local shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is southwest facing which is ideal for sunbathing in both the summer and winter months. . The accommodation comprises:- Two twin bedrooms, both with large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and ceiling fans. Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Well-equipped, fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and board. Small utility/storage area off the kitchen which houses the washing machine and the cleaning equipment. Lounge/Dining room with Air Conditioning, 3 seater sofa bed, relaxer chair, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, sideboard, TV with English channels, CD/Radio cassette player, ceiling fan.

Winter Lets: Winter lets are available from November to March (Negotiable) for 600€ per month.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk (about 250 metres) from the nearest blue flag, sandy beach at Playa Flamenca. There are several others at La Zenia and Punta Prima which are a short stroll away and a short car ride will take you to the harbour and beaches at Torrevieja. The apartment is close to a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a Beauty Salon within the complex offering Luxury Pampering days well within the budget.

Every Saturday there is a street market (within walking distance), selling fresh fruit and vegetables, local food produce and some real bargains in footwear, clothing and household goods. Local leisure facilities include horse riding, fishing, sailing, bowling and go-karting. For golfers, there are 3 excellent courses within 10/15 minutes drive, including the famous Villamartin championship course. La Manga is about 30/35 minutes drive Torrevieja has plenty of good quality shops and an evening craft market. It boasts a lively cafe life, seaside
