Two good sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers & ceiling fans. one has a double bed & one twin beds. Kitchen – fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob & oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Lounge – settee, bed-settee, table & chairs, air-con unit (hot/cold), gas fire, TV with British channels, CD stereo. Bathroom – bath/shower, bidet & cabinet. Terrace (overlooking pool) - patio furniture. Large solarium (sunroof) – patio furniture, parasol, sun-lounger’s, built-in BBQ . Extra facilities – Filtered drinking water on tap, Iron & board, vacuum cleaner, hair-dryer. The apartment is new and fully equipped with new fixtures, fittings & equipment. Ideally situated 40 mins from Alicante airport & 30 mins from Murcia airport, Entre Naranjos has its own golf course Vistabella Golf & is set amongst orange & lemon groves. Views in one direction to the salt lakes, the seaside town of Torrevieja & the sea beyond & in the other direction countryside & mountain ranges. It is ideal for those who prefer the quiet life, whilst being located near to all amenities. A car is recommended, but if you just want to chill taxis, restaurants/bars & a few shops are on site. There are numerous soft white sandy beaches & other excellent golf courses only a short drive away. Endless miles of beautiful sandy beaches stretch either side of the popular tourist resort of Torrevieja. The region offers all things to all people, a paradise for golfers & gourmets, sun worshippers, families & party people. As well as the numerous beachside resorts, there are delightful towns to explore & mountain villages where life seems hardly to have changed for centuries.

  • PRICES ARE IN EUROS - CHECK WITH Mike & Ellen Vernon FOR STERLING RATE (BETTER THAN EXCHANGE RATE!!!). All rates are for up to 4 guests. An additional £50 (75 Euros) per week covers up to 2 extra guests - bed-settee in lounge. Sleeps 6 max. No extra charge for electricity or gas. No extra charge for cleaning. Fresh bed linen and towels provided weekly. Bring your own towels for pool or beach. An refundable charge of £50 (75 Euros) will be added to cover breakages, damage, extra cleaning, excessive noise complaints etc.
  • Deposit required on booking:- £50 (75 Euros) for October – May holidays & £100 (150 Euros) for June – September holidays. Booking only accepted/secure on receipt of deposit and clearance of cheque.
    Balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before start date of holiday. Bookings from Saturday 14.00 to Saturday 10.00. (Alternative times and days may be possible - contact Mike & Ellen Vernon).
    Non payment of balance will cancel booking and the deposit will be forfeited.
    Cancellation:- Greater than 6 weeks before start date of holiday - Deposit returned; Between 6 & 4 weeks before start date of holiday - Deposit forfeited; Less than 4 weeks before start date of holiday - Total holiday cost forfeited, if unable to re-let.

Airports, flights & car rental: Alicante airport is 40 minutes drive away & Murcia airport 30 minutes. Flights are available with most budget airlines from various departure airports. Driving is easy from either airport as the majority of the route is two lane motorways. We will supply maps with detail directions to make it simple for you.

Beaches: There are numerous soft white sandy beaches, only a short drive away. La Mata is one of the largest & most visited. It is more than 2 Km long with beach bars, hammocks to rent & plenty of parking. There are also various water sports in the area. Los Locos is 1 Km long & has very few waves, crystal clear water & soft sand. El Cura is smaller & located between 'Punta Margalla' & the North Dike, it is famous for its high quality of restaurants. Los Naufragos is 300 metres long & is one of the most popular due to its wide range of bars, restaurants & water sports. It has clear water, soft sand & because of the South Dike at the harbour has very few waves. El Acequión is located beside the harbour at Torrevieja & has the traditional beach bars right on the edge of the sand. Cabo Cervera is the middle point between the long vast beaches of the South & the rocky beaches of the North. Hortigues is quiet & has naturally beautiful views & is surrounded by sand hills and vegetation.

Golf: NEW - OPEN SEPT 2009 VISTABLLA GOLF - JUST 200 METRES FROM APARTMENT! The area is ideal for golfers and with only an average of 6 days rain fall between November & March you can expect sunny blue skies and temperatures on average 10°C (18°F) above the UK’s! There are other excellent golf courses close by, 5 within a 20 minute drive. The standard of these courses is proven by frequent visits of The King of Spain. All courses are challenging in their own way, some are park like, whilst others have plenty of hazards & those devilish gorges that are typical of golf courses in Spain. They are all of championship length (18 holes), & are less crowded than the ones at Costa del Sol. Seve Ballesteros-designed course La Finca is only 10 minutes away; situated at the foot of Mount Escotera. There are 4 other excellent golf courses within 20 mins, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Marquesa. La Manga’s 3 courses are about 45 mins.

Our Winter Holiday

Like everyone we were all looking forward to our holiday on Costa Blanca. We had checked out the websit for the apartment - and we were not disappointed. The apartment offers all home comforts, including cooker, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc. The place was lovely and clean and, as our holiday was in early December, the key-holder had ensured we had a supply of Calor Gas for the cool evenings. On arrival (the maps provided were great and very easy to follow) we were met by the key holder and shown to the apartment. She was very friendly and gave us tips on where to go for local amenities etc. We spent our first evening getting our bearings and checking out the folder of local information provided. The views from the apartment are amazing, the sea one way and the mountains the other. It was amazing to sit out eating breakfast each morning looking out towards the ocean. We were out and about every day. We went to Torrevieja, San Miguel, Santa Pola (from where we took a catamaran to Tabarca Island, well worth a visit), Orihuela, Cartagena and Alicante. The one place we were not so keen on was Murcia, but I think we missed the best of it! The beaches in the area are amazing, miles of soft golden sand and lovely and clean. I would say anyone choosing to stay here would definitely need a car, as there are very few amenities available on foot, just 2 shops and a small bar. Having said that, it's worth having a car to catch all the scenery. Overall we had an excellent holiday experience, and would happily recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

We have done our best to provide everything that you would like to have in a holiday home, so that you have every chance of having a great holiday. We are very proud of our apartment and its location and it is rewarding to hear that guests appreciate it too.
We also recommend a car so that you can explore this amazing part of Costa Blanca or just to find the best beaches. Or you can just chill out at the apartment and enjoy the pool or the solarium where you can enjoy the views, soak up the sun or have a BBQ.

Family May Holiday

We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the keyholders. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and well equipped with all mod cons.

The balcony overlooked the pool, which was clean and well maintained, and this is where our kids spent most afternoons splashing about.

The sun terrace was also a real bonus offering fantastic views of the area and was ideal for family Barbeques.

The location proved ideal to explore the Costa Blanca and we had several day trips up and down the coast.

Some of the highlights were the market in nearby San Miguel, El Gusto restaurant in Benjiofar (which had a children's playroom and great food) and the beach at Mar Menor (South of Torreveija).

In general we would recommend Mike and Ellen's apartment and look forward to going back again.
Owner's Response: The terrace is perfect for relaxing and watching the activities in and around the pool. The large private sunroof is ideal for lazing on the sun loungers, while reading or just soaking up the sun or alfresco family meals from the stone BBQ. But when you want to explore the area or eat-out, you will find that the apartment is a perfect base with easy access to numerous beaches, golf courses, coastal & inland/mountain resorts or attractions.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Very clean and spacious apartment over looking the pool; also good roof space; Hired a car and apartment was very central to many sightseeing spots in the area - info on which was well provided for by the owner; Near to Torrevieja which has lovely beaches and lots to do for all ages; Would return to this apartment;
Owner's Response: We agree our apartment is situated in an ideal location with easy access by car to numerous beaches, golf courses (1 walking distance - 2009), fascinating towns, water parks, lakes, the countryside & mountains. Things to do for all ages! Or just chilling out by the pool or up on the spacious sunroof with its BBQ.

Cracking Place

A party of 5 stayed here in June 2007 & everything was just perfect. The facilities in the apartment exceeded our expectations & the place was spotless.
The pool was lovely & kept in excellent condition, just a shame you couldn't have sunbeds down there.
Chatting to other owners we found out about a cheap supermarket, Eroski's, which was about a 20 minute drive away but well worth the trip - cans of beer for about 13 cents & very nice!
Also, check out the little Chinese restaurant in San Miguel, food, prices & staff fabulous.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, we are thinking of going again next year, it was that good.
The only issue we had was that we had to drive to the shop, but now there are shops on site so that solves that problem!!

We are only happy if our guests really enjoy their holiday & our apartment. It's great to have such a positive review & pleaseing that we must be doing something right. The addition of the shops, bar and soon to be golf course further enhances the complex.
