Blue Mountain Villa is a brand new detached villa, situated in the valley of the mountains which the verandas look out too, in a large village, South of Mouzaki, the village is home to the Church of the Saviour . There are great views of the Bay of Laganas and Mount Skopos. It's great natural surrounding hugging the mountain slopes make this location ideal for walking or cycling. It is an ideal base just 1.5 km from the busy resort of Laganas with its beautiful sandy beaches and the quieter resorts of Agios Sostis and Porto Koukla. The villa is light and airy and can sleep 6-8 people and as the villa has verandas adjourning each room you can sit outside and spoil yourself with the beautiful views. Amenities including a bakery and general store. We have included a ‘Welcome Pack’, including all the essentials you may need on your first day. Pantokratoras is a large village less influenced by tourism and located in the south-east of Zakynthos, South of Mouzaki, this large village is home to the Church of the Saviour which has a magnificent collection of Byzantine screens. From the village, there are great views of the Bay of Laganas and Mount Skopos. It's great natural surrounding hugging the mountain slopes. Away from, but easily accessible by car on the excellent road network to the commercial resorts with their beautiful beaches, clear waters, lively night-life, water sports, and all you would expect. Zakynthos Town, offers many restaurants, shops, museums and all other amenities, including hospital, banks, post office etc. and is s a wonderful mixture of Venetian and typically Greek island architecture. Day trips by boat are available to the mainland, Cephallonia and also to more secluded beaches. May-October there are direct flights to Zakynthos from UK airports,and from Athens throughout the year.

Notes: Blue Mountain villa has been recently built and used by the owners for some periods of the summer. The fully equipped kitchen is next to the air conditioned dinning/living room, with a settee/double sofa bed, wicker armchairs, dining for six. Patio doors from the dining/living room lead out to the veranda with beautiful views of the adjacent countryside and mountains; table and 4xchairs. From the living room a hallway leads to the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes & veranda, 2nd bedroom with fitted wardrobe; private veranda and wonderful views and a bathroom, with full size bath, shower over, toilet, and handbasin. There are two fans provided to cool you down in the hot summer days/nights. High chair can be provided on request at a small extra cost.

Driving Instructions: On arrival at the Airport, you can get a taxi from outside the Airport and ask the taxi driver to drop you off at the bakery next to the post office in Pantakaros. From the Airport turn left, following the signs to Keri, Keep going straight and Follow the road and you will go passed Lidol on your right hand side (rhs), Shell garage on your left hand side (lhs) EALV petrol station on lhs Passed turning for Laganas and street lighting, Passed K Supermarket on lhs, AVLN petrol station Passed sign for Remini Sharp right hand bend\mini market on lhs, EAIV petrol station, follow this road for approx. 20 metres to crossroads, Go straight across the crossroads You will see Zante Professional on you lhs; small local supermarket and local bakery; 3 warnings mirrors on rhs and you want to take the dirt track road on your lhs. Go passed a villa on your lhs and this is where you can collect the keys to the villa are available from Chrissy & Gordon.

Wonderful villa in a great location!!

Simply a wonderful villa in a great location. It's only a short taxi drive from the airport and located down a quiet road, set among an olive grove. Conveniently near to the local village which had all the amenities necessary for our stay, (make sure you buy your bread from the local bakery!). The air-conditioned villa is comfortable, modern and clean, containing everything you would need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. It was wonderful to sit on the veranda, either in the morning eating breakfast or enjoying a glass of the village wine in the evening! Although the villa didn't have a pool the nearest beach was only a short drive away (hire a quad, best way to get around the island!), so we didn't feel like we where missing out. Trish thank you for making our holiday very special, the Taverna suggestions were spot on as were the places of interested you recommended. I just didn't want to go home, will defiantly return!!!

WOW what a magical island

From the moment we arrived and we where met at the airport we felt comfortable and relaxed.
The vill ais beautiful, clean and met our expectations! we loved the location and the views, the local area, the locals!
The sunsets, the sea, the food, the peace of the island, this is a holiday that will stay for ever with us!

Fantastic time & wonderful villa

We had a fantastic time here, we loved the villa, it was spotless Beautiful views of the mountains and its really tranquil here and if you want nightlife then Lagana is a few minutes drive away. The are lovely beaches nearby, boat trips (Manthos is the best). Mr Dallas restaurant is fantastic!
We have seen turtles, owls, lizards, fish and lots more. Hiring your own motorboat is a MUST. We'd really love to come again.
