Attractive, small, cosy cottage in quiet tree lined street, just off the Kings Rd. A haven in the city. Sitting/ dining room with fireplace and comfortable seating. Small kitchen. Pretty panelled bedroom with super king sized bed OR two single beds, new bathroom, bath with shower over.

Car: not necessary
5 minutes walk to Sloane Square underground and 1 minute walk to frequent buses. Near Duke of York Square and Saatchi Gallery. Convenient for all the shops, galleries, museums and restaurants that London has to offer. The designer shops in Sloane Avenue, Harrods and Harvey Nicholls at Knightsbridge, Brompton Cross, Walton Street and Beauchamp Place for more high design are all nearby. Michelle Jana in The art of weekend travel chooses for her perfect day in London Itsu on Draycott Avenue for sushi, Eleven Cadogan Gardens for the most refined tea in London and the Eclipse Bar on Walton Street which are all close by. Not forgetting Marks and Spencers on the Kings Rd for delicious easy food. Partridges for food is 1 min walk and the supermarket Waitrose is 5 mins walk

We stayed at this wonderful cottage during Christmas-New Years' week this year -- It was just perfect. Location and hospitality! It was great to come "home" after a day of sightseeing and friend visiting -- putting our feet up by the fireplace, having a glass of wine, and deciding which of many great restaurants to try. The owners were terrific -- making sure we could get into the cottage on Christmas day, and evneing leaving a few provisions for us. We've recommended it to friends and will go back!

This little cottage was just wonderful. The location was perfect, -- just a few meters from King's Road, directly across from Duke of York Square. Sloane Square is a two-minute walk away, and yet it was very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed, well-appointed, and had everything I could possibly need. I was very sad to lock the door for the last time and walk away from my "home" in London. Hope to stay again very soon.

An Utterly Charming Chelsea Cottage

A perfect place to stay in London - it could not be more centrally placed for the South Kensington museums or for the West End (Sloane Square tube is 5 mins away and the no.11 bus that goes past all the tourist sights is 2 mins away). The photographs of inside the cottge don't do justice to the period interior - the panelling is beautiful - and it's really comfortable. Also, the Kings Road is a great place to shop - for everything from Christmas presents to posh food, so you can eat well both out and in the cottage.

A great way to enjoy the Chelsea life style.
