Un très bon accueil des propriétaires. La maison superbe bien entretenue et très fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. C'est une maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Sa piscine, sa salle de jeux sont parfaites pour les enfants et la terrasse ombragée bienvenues pour les adultes pour une pause "côtes de Bourg" . Le jardin a été très apprécié par mes deux petits chiens. Tous ceci a contribué à un séjour parfait malgré la météo pas toujours au top.

AN EXCELLENT LOCATION

We very much enjoyed our stay in this excellent house on the outskirts of the small village of Pugnac. The accommodation is on two levels - a ground floor and a sub-basement.
The ground floor consists of two double bedrooms, a family bathroom, kitchen, a very large lounge / dining room and two WCs. This level is exemplary and spotlessly clean. It has very high quality furnishings, a kitchen equipped with everything one could hope for including a wonderful induction hob and comfortable bedrooms. The lower level consists of a large games room / library (which also houses the swimming pool filtration system) and a third bedroom containing a double and a single bed.
The garden, including a brick barbecue and the swimming pool, is excellent and enjoys the sun all day long.
The house is well located within walking distance of the town (bar/tabac, bakery, butcher, foodstore and excellent local restaurant) and also the Intermarché. It is also less than 40 minutes by car from Bordeaux and its airport.
The owners live next door - they are very helpful and not intrusive in any way.
This house would be an excellent choice for two couples using the ground floor bedrooms. It would also be very suitable for a family with a couple of teenagers who would likely enjoy sleeping downstairs away from their parents and would not demand the same very high standard of accommodation that is available on the ground floor.

  • An initial deposit of 50 percent of the rent will be required upon booking by check or bank transfer and the balance will be paid upon arrival in cash.
    A deposit of € 1,000 will be requested upon arrival after the inventory entry and will be returned on departure if there is no evidence of damage or breakage.
    Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
    Cleaning fee of € 75 will be charged only if the premises were not left clean.
    A fee of € 50 will be charged for the heating for the months of October to April
