Very nice Property

Four of us stayed in the apartment very comfortably. All amenities and items in the apartment are very good if you want to eat in. Location was perfect to see the many sights of Lyon during the day or at night. Secure building and we felt very safe. You can walk or take the tram very easily. Property was clean and well looked after (note: hot water tank can smell if all the windows and doors are closed. Open them up and smell goes away). Outdoor patio is great. You can enjoy days, nights, food etc. outside, very private. Owner speaks mainly French and is very kind. Indoor parking spot is highly recommended. Would return in a heartbeat no problem.

Je désire apporter une précision en ce qui concerne la petite odeur. Un professionnel a réparé le problème venant de la gaîne technique de l'immeuble, et l'odeur n'existe plus.

Pefect Place to Stay in Lyon

Three if us stayed in this wonderful, light-filled apartment near Old Town in Lyon for a week in April, 2013. It was our perfect home in Lyon--the apartment and kitchen was very well-equipped which made it easy for us to unpack and settle in before we set out to explore Lyon and the surrounding area. Corinne, our hostess, was wonderful! Although we didn't share a language, we managed to communicate very well by gesture, notes, and Google-translate! She was very helpful in getting local taxis for us and gave us good suggestions for grocery shopping and other necessities. It was especially good to have underground parking in the same very secure building. WHEN we return to Lyon, we want to stay here again! Thanks, Corinne, Merci!

Great location and great apartment

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks and have only good things to say about it. The location is excellent. Close to the major metro line, a bus stop, and the river. It is only a ten minute walk to the main section of Vieux Lyon and fifteen minutes to walk to the main shopping district. The apartment is clean, very well equipped, secure, and quiet. The patio is a very nice feature. Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Lyon.

We had a great holiday based in this lovely apartment. It is very well situated - close to the Old Town, but away from the main tourist route; near enough to Bellecour on foot, bus or bike; a minute from the nearest city bike station; a ten minute walk to the St Antoine market and a two minute walk to Tonton and Patate (where you must eat.)
The apartment is just as you see it, and all very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space inside and out.
All in all, a great place to spend a holiday and we hope to return.

Superbe nid douillet pour vivre le Vieux Lyon

Appartement très confortable, conjugant de façon surprenante le calme d'un jardin suspendu et la proximité de la grande ville avec toutes ses commodités !
Excellent équipement, décoration soignée, situation exceptionnelle, au pied de la colline de Fourvière, à deux pas des quartiers chargés d'Histoire du Vieux Lyon, de la Cathédrale Saint Jean, des quais de Saone, du très beau marché (quotidien) Saint Antoine, et desservi de façon remarquable par les bus/métro/tramway qui vous transportent rapidement dans tous les quartiers de la grande métropole.
Quelques minutes à pied et vous passez d'une rue à l'autre par les magnifiques traboules et vous restaurez dans un de ces fameux bouchons lyonnais...
Et de plus, l'accueil est des plus sympatiques !

Appartement magnifique

Mon ami et moi avons passé une semaine formidable dans cet appartement. Il est situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre, et nous avons trouvé tout le matériel qui était nécessaire pour être complètement autonomes. La chambre, le salon et la cuisine sont non seulement très bien équipés, mais la décoration est aussi parfaite. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, et nous avons été très bien accueillis par eux, le premier jour de l'année 2012. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement, nous y reviendrons certainement.
