**NOVEMBER PRICES SLASHED** inside our apartment, you will find the master bedroom which has a double bed and en-suite. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a large family bathroom. There are two 'pull-out beds' ideal for children but not adults. The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, an oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The spacious living room with generous dining area opens onto the sun terrace which is perfect for relaxing with a long cool drink. Our place in the sun has marble flooring with hot and cold air conditioning throughout. Terrestrial and satellite television can be found in the master bedroom and living room. We are beach side - which means you don’t need to cross the road to get to the beach and for the golfers amongst you, there are numerous golf courses to choose from along the coast. Our apartment is perfectly situated on the 'New Golden Mile' and the fabulous Puerto Banus is less than 5 minutes away.

Our Apartment is in Guadalmina, one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella which is surrounded by emerald green golf courses and the sparkling blues of the Mediterranean Sea. Guadalmina is established and has a quiet feel. Mature Cypress trees and grand villas, mostly owed by wealthy Spaniards, surround the complex. Shopping for the essentials is easy as the local shopping centre is nearby. San Pedro, a 15 minute stroll away, is where you can find local restaurants, cafes and bars. Guadalmina is perfectly placed to explore the coast. Choose between the fashionable flamboyance of Marbella, Puerto Banús, a great place to be pampered whilst ogling the celebrities or the famous 'Golden Mile' - less than a 5 minute drive away. Or perhaps Sotogrande, an oasis of tranquillity near one of the area's superb golf courses. Journeys inland will take you to unspoilt mountainous beauty of Ronda. There is a water park and a Safari nearby which make great days out for families with children.

  • The elegant master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with bath and shower. This room also has access to the terrace, just the thing for warm fresh croissants and coffee on those sun kissed mornings. There is plenty of wardrobe space for our guests wishing a longer stay. The tastefully decorated second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes and there is also a large family bathroom. There are two additional 'pull-out beds' available on request. These beds are ideal for older children, but not adults. We can also provide a baby cot (without linen) should you require one.

Golf: For the golfers amongst you there are numerous golf courses to choose from. Playing your favourite sport has never been easier with sixty superb courses along the coast. Several of the most prestigious are found within the Golden Mile. The courses of 'Golf Valley' are well known (Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Dama de Noche, which is the only floodlit course in Europe). Countless others surround you, including Guadalmina, Atalaya, Los Arqueros and Los Flamingos and world-famous Valderrama.

Beaches: Guadalmina beach is situated within the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, next to the Guadalmina urbanization. It is 1600 m long and 30 m. wide, with thick sand that is typical to this area of the Mediterranean. Different water sports can be practised here during the high season, such as windsurfing, jet skiing, pedalos, etc... Among the services offered are the four star Guadalmina Hotel and a 'chiringuito' (beach restaurant) with sun beds. Surrounding this beach we can find 3rd century historic roman bath ruins, situated within a protected archaeological area. Out of season this is still a spectacular beach as it offers a bit of seclusion from the pace of ‘holiday making’ and is the perfect spot to lose yourself in a book or to simply fall asleep on the sand, undisturbed, for several hours!
