Modern 1st floor apartment with sea views, minutes from the beach and Marina

Marina Bay is a highly prestigious apartment complex overlooking and with direct access to the child friendly Cristo Beach. The apartment has a large South facing balcony overlooking the beach benefiting from all day sun and providing breathtaking views of the sea, Gibraltar, North Africa and the coastal sunsets. It is extremely spacious and has recently been refurnished throughout to an exceedingly high standard (rated 5 star by previous guests). The apartment is extremely well equipped & has a fully fitted kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine/dryer & dish-washer. Air conditioning, sun screens and ceiling fans are fitted to keep you cool even on the hottest days and heating for winter stays is also provided at no extra cost. Estepona Marina with its traditional tapas bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk away and the lovely white walled town is also on the doorstep. A truly wonderful apartment in a wonderful location!

Gibraltar: Only 35 minutes drive from Estepona (and on the local bus route), Gibraltar is a sunny VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains from electronic equipment & jewellery to leather & perfumes & haggling is encouraged! Make sure you don't miss the spectacular natural caverns of St. Michael's Caves or visit the Ape's Den, home to some of Gibraltar's famous Barbary Apes, the only free-to-roam primates in Europe. Watch out for monkey business as they can be mischievous and have been known to pick the occasional pocket looking for treats. The Dlophin Trip from the Marina is an excellent day out and very rarely are dolphins not seen.

Puerto Banus & Laguna Village: Puerto Banus is only 20 minutes drive away. It has a large number of designer stores including Versace and Armani. Perfect for millionaire spotting and you may also see a famous face or two in the marina as a number of Hollywood stars have summer homes there.

Laguna Village is a stunning high class shopping experience just 10 minutes drive away. Whether spending an extravagant day at the beach club, shopping in the designer stores or spending time in the luxurious bars and restaurants then Laguna Village is the ideal place.

Selwo Safari Park : Only 20 minutes drive away and on the public transport route, Selwo is ideal for the perfect family day out. The park is based on an African safari park and houses 2000 animals from giraffes to panthers in semi-wild conditions. Like Jurassic Park, large open sided lorries drive you through the various animal enclosures and up into the hills above Estepona. There are elephants, bears, hippos and so much more to see. In the summer, cover up as it can get very hot and there is not much shelter.

We have been holidaying in Estepona since 1992 and in 2009 we were lucky enough to be able to leave Manchester and move to Spain. We have been letting guests stay in our apartments for over 10 years and like to think that we now know how to make our guests holidays a special experience; from the simple booking process, to providing detailed directions to the apartment, to the standard of the 'finish' of the apartments and the quality of the complementary welcome pack that we provide. It sounds easy but getting the little details just right is often the making of a stress free holiday.

It is furnished in a modern but still comfortable style and is equipped to a high standard. With air-conditioning (and winter heating), two pools and a stunning, spacious beach-facing balcony, you would struggle to find a better place to stay in Estepona.

Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful week in Estepona. The apartment was the best self-catering accommodation we have stayed in. It was so much bigger than most 2 bedroomed apartments so that we could all have our own space. It was really well equipped (no need to buy oil, salt, sugar or other basics - they were all provided) and comfortably furnished - more like a home than a holiday let. The view from the balcony was superb. We didn't bother going out most evenings, just sat on the balcony watching the sun set over the sea. The location is also excellent - just 2 minutes walk from the lovely Cristo beach in one direction and the marina in the other. It's also a short walk beside the beach to the town. Our 5 and 8 year olds managed it easily (especially with plenty of playgrounds and gym equipment to use along the way!). The nearest supermarket was also within walking distance. We were also pleased that we could take our children to visit Ronda in less than an hour. We think that it is one of the most fascinating towns in Spain, and well worth a visit. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this apartment to anyone wishing to visit this area. Thanks, Andy!

The apartment is everything it says in the description, home away from home, it is very well equipped and very spacious. The location is great, when it is too hot on the beach the balcony is very pleasant and the views are great. It is also a great base for visiting surrounding area, a trip to Ronda and Gibraltar is well worth it. Andy and Beata were very hospitable and we would love to go back again.

Excellent position and a lovely apartment

This is our 14th visit to Estepona and our second to one of Andy and Beata's properties. The apartment is very spacious and the frontline position, with views over to Gibraltar and the African coast are stunning. The apartment itself is exactly as it says on the advert. The only problem that we had was a toaster that malfunctioned and Andy replaced this immediately. Andy and Beata were very helpful and informative - we will certainly go back again!.

Bright, clean and well located apartment

We have just returned from a week in Estepona and had a great time. Andy was very pleasant to deal with and provided us with plenty of information about the apartment and local area before we even arrived. The apartment itself was very good - bright, very clean, well equipped and good location. It was private and quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the sunny balcony in the afternoons, overlooking the sea. The apartment is well located as it is only a short walk to the port or the old town, which are both worth a visit. We used the apartment as a base to visit towns along the coast and in the mountains. The underground car park was ideal for our rental car. As we were 4 adults staying in the apartment, we found the 2 single beds in the twin room slightly uncomfortable. Perhaps these beds are normally used by children. It would also be great if there was wifi in the apartment. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Estepona and the apartment was a great base to relax in.

Great apartment, perfect location

Stayed in October 2013 for 10 days and loved the apartment and its great location. Andy was very helpful every step of the way even greeting us on our arrival to explain things and answer any questions we may have had.
The apartment is very spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony and the sunsets are very impressive.
The location of a minute to the beach, 5 minutes to the port and a leisurely 15 minutes to the centre of Estepona was ideal for us and after a nice meal,a few drinks it was only 5 Euros with tip to get back to the apartment. The standard of restaurants is very good and the Le Petit Paris in the complex was well worth a visit but best to book as it was always very busy.We had several meals on the balcony, where the sun is all day and the sunsets are marvellous.
I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment and are hoping to return soon.

Beautiful spacious apartment with sea view from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped, has a new furniture and all kitchen stuff you need at a holiday.
Supermarkets, paseo maritime, and a lot of cafes can be reached by foot in few minutes.
Many thanks to Andy (the owner) for our amazing stay in Estepona. We would recommend a stay at this apartment to anyone!

Marina Bay is an easy five minute walk from the heart of Estepona's thriving marina and is ideally situated directly overlooking Cristo Beach which is a delightful oyster-shaped cove of sheltered, gently shelving sand making it ideal for children. The beach has been awarded EC Blue Flag status and in high season is manned by lifeguards. It also has well maintained toilet and shower facilities and a choice of two beach restaurants with a true Spanish feel. Within 5 minutes walk you will find several supermarkets and shops. Estepona Town is typically Spanish and has retained all of it's 'pueblo' charm even though it is a well established tourist destination. It has pleasantly managed to avoid a 'night club' culture but does have a wide variety of restaurants & cafe bars to chose from. Estepona, due to its natural environment, surrounded by the surrounded by the sea and Sierra Bermeja mountains, enjoys a micro climate providing over 325 days of sunshine per year and lovely mild winters!

Other Activities: Sunning yourself on the lovely balcony, marvelling at the stunning views with a cold drink in hand!

Payments can be made without charge by secure bank transfer to either a UK or Spanish bank.

To secure a booking a non returnable booking deposit of £100 (or 100 Euro) per full or part week is required. This reduces the balance detailed in the rates table by 100 Euro.

The booking deposit is in addition to the refundable damage deposit which is paid upon arrival and returned upon departure.
