The villa is part of a small complex of similar properties, has 3 bedrooms (2 double and one twin) and sleeps up to 8 people. It was newly completed and fully furnished in a modern style for the 2006 season. It has a large, secure, private garden with sun terrace, BBQ and dining area and is literally a stones throw away from the very large shared pool (which also includes a baby splash-pool). The Villa is fully equipped with wide screen satellite TV, DVD player, wireless internet, PlayStation 2, Quality HiFi with MP3, washing machine, separate fridge and freezer, microwave and 4 ring electric hob and fan-assisted oven.

The complex boasts beautiful panoramic mountain views, has 24x7 security and is fully landscaped. The resorts of Olu Deniz, Hisaranu and Fethiye are a short Dolmus (local mini bus) ride away. Situated between the three very different resorts of Fethiye, Hisaronu and Olu Deniz, the Villa is ideally located to allow you to sample all three. Each is just a short Dolmus (local mini bus) or taxi ride away. The Dolmus (pronounced dol-mush) runs every few minutes throughout the day & night. They stop where-ever they see someone waiting at the roadside - just stick out an arm – and so you can jump on immediately outside of 'The Village' complex. If you prefer to use a taxi, there is a rank just outside of the village.

Family Holiday to Olu Deniz

One word 'Fantastic', the villa was absolutley superb, could not find any fault with the property at all, everything was as described and surpassed our expectations.
There were 8 of us who travelled, myself, my wife and our 11 month old also our friends and there family and there was plenty of room for all of us.
The villa has been very well equipped and is very child friendly, the garden is big enough for the children to run around and play and the views from all around the villa are stunning.
The pool is beautiful and most days when we were by the pool we were the only ones there and it is literally a stones through from the villa so is ideal if you need to keep popping in and out.
It is also situated ideally, it is not far from any of the main places to visit, Hisoranu is 10 mins walk or 5 mins in a dolmus, Fetihye is 10 mins in a car and Olu deniz the same, all of which are really nice places that have plenty to see and do and the beaches at Olu Deniz are wonderful, i wasn't to struck on the blue lagoon itself, it was very busy and not as stunning close up as the postcards suggest.
One other thing that i was a bit dissapointed with is that it isn't very cheap anymore, neither the supermarkets nor when eating out were as cheap as they used to be, to be honest not much cheaper than here at all, but this shouldn't put you off as it is worth every penny.
The owner of the villa is brilliant she has been fantastic in her help to us and very friendly, i would recommend a holiday for any family here and hopefully i will go back in the not to distant future.

Fantastic Villa

This was the best Villa Holiday we have had to date, immaculatly presented, decoration was great, very comfortable and had more equipment than our home in UK!! The owners have thought of everything.
Nice quiet private location yet near enough to the town, loads of shops and lovely restaurants.
Could'nt get the children to stay out of the pool though!!!!
Well recommended. A+
See you next year!!!

A rural paradise

We have been coming to this part of Turkey for 20 years and seen a lot of changes, but Villa Kiraz is a wonderful rural retrat away from the hurly burly trourist spots around and about. It has very easy transport connections to the local towns of Fethiye and Olu Deniz. We can safely say this is the best accommodation we have ever had. It has great facilities, a good central location and easy transport connections - no car needed. We will definately come again.

Great location, very quiet, super pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at this delightful villa, we are a family of six including granny, we have two teenage daughters and a ten year old too. The girls all had a great time, last year we stayed in a villa with private pool so this time it was nice to be able to chat to folks around the shared pool, which was by the way clean, quiet and superbly maintained.
The villa has everything you need to keep you entertained, it is adequately comfortable, although I thought a dishwasher would have been a good aquistion especially with up to eight people.
The villa is located about a 5/10 minute dolmus ride away from the nearest town but local mini-markets are within walking distance and if you don't fancy walking in the heat they deliver free of charge.
Overall we had a great time, the exchange rate was fantastic and the boat trips were amazing value. Would we come back here again, well yes, the owners Mel and Charlie were so accommadating, the location is lovely and quiet and the villa top notch, we are just sorry we did'nt book for longer, cheers!!

Family from Barcelona. A wonderful stay

We are a couple with two children from Barcelona and we stayed at Vlla Kiraz in July 2010. We had stayed at several rental appartments and villas before , in Spain, Greece and Italy, and this is the best one we have ever been.The house is very clean, quiet, comfortable and with plenty of details to make your holidays a success.
Villa Kiraz is highly recommendable and we had a wonderful stay there.
