The delightful villa is situated in the very popular Quinta dos Alamos, a residential estate, 10 minutes walk from Guia. The villa has a beautiful lawned garden, which is very private, as it is enclosed by a wall and gate. The swimming pool with Roman steps, can be heated (this is available as an optional extra) is surrounded by terraces. There is also a brick BBQ & shower. Accommodation: Double bedroom with en-suite, very large walk in shower room, and two twin bedrooms with bathroom. The lounge/dining room is fitted with a hi-fi/CD player, satellite TV with digibox offering a comprehensive selection of channels and a video & DVD. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine & dishwasher, microwave, oven & ceramic hob, fridge / freezer. There is a separate W/C cloakroom. All bathrooms and the kitchen were completely & beautifully renovated in 2006. All bedrooms & lounge are fully air conditioned for heating & cooling. There is a safe.

This attractive modern villa is situated on a small residential estate, Quinta dos Alamos, on the outskirts of Guia, which is only a 10 minute walk. Guia is a small town with shops and famous for its many good value restaurants, of which there are over 20. There is also a supermarket and fruit & vegetable market. The Blue flag beaches of Galé are only five minutes drive away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few mins drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars & street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) in low season. Changeover day in main season is Thursday. For other days please request. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week.
    Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
    TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed after we have received the booking form together with a 25% deposit. The final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, this can be done via our manager, but there is a 1.5% surcharge for credit card payments - no

They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
