A 5-star apartment, measuring 125 sq.m, in a gorgeous setting on Eden Island.

2 luxurious 125 sq.m apartments with room for 5 guests, one on the ground floor with a private garden, a few steps from the water, the other apartment is right above the first. An amazing view of the mountains on Mahé, ideally located in the inner bay: the best location on Eden Island. You will find an electric car at your disposal with a garage. Arranged with delicacy and a quality finish. 450 MB internet/week, 2 LCD TVs, 100 DSTV channels, Canal+, Miele electronic appliances, barbecue, etc... 4 beaches are very accessible, 2 swimming pools and 2 baby pools, a garden for the kids, 2 beach volleyball courts, a tennis court, kayaks are available. Several restaurants, evening entertainment and an air-conditioned fitness centre with trainer.

Meals available on request.

The new Eden Plaza with Creole architecture is open and located 400 metres away. You will find a supermarket there, several restaurants, bars, a casino, ice cream parlour, 2 banks and around 40 boutiques, all this and a big covered car park under it, without leaving Eden Island.

It is really easy!

There are many activities on Eden Island: fishing, boat rental, tours, scuba diving, jet skiing, etc. Eden Island and its Creole architecture form the largest garden in the Seychelles and has 24 hour security. Eden is connected by a bridge to Mahé. Mahé is the prettiest and biggest of the Seychelles islands with its 70 beaches and flourishing green mountains. You should allow at least a week to get to know all its delights.

About Ronan Bargain

I am a captain of a ocean-worthy tuna fishing boat.

My wife is a trained biologist and she looks after the 2 flats when I am away.

We have a 12 m catamaran that we rent out and that I use on my time-off when it is not rented out.

Perfect dream!

We (two adults and two children) spent 10 great days in the perfectly place apartment. We had the garden apartment and enjoyed it very much to have our "own kayak" directly in front of the terrace, Rose-Marie has taken us lovingly in reception and also the intermediate cleaning with (Jidda?) were perfect. Everyone was very helpful.

We can only recommend this Apparment and it will book again on our next holiday Seychelles.

Excellent!!!

Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement!
Mon mari, nos trois enfants et moi sommes resté dans l'appartement du rdc une dizaine de nuits au mois d'août. Cet endroit a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Le complexe Eden Island est très complet avec ses 4 jolies plages privées et les 2 piscines ou nous nous retrouvions au calme matin ou après midi.
Nous avons aussi utilisé la salle de gym avec une très jolie vue vers la mer turquoise. Le terrain de tennis était aussi en parfait état! ( prévoir balles de tennis, prêt de raquettes sur place).
L'architecture est très agréable et l'environnement paisible.
Voiture conseillé pour découvrir cette magnifique île,( parking inclus avec la location).
L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la vue depuis le salon ou la terrasse vers la montagne de Mahé et juste incroyable!!! Endroit ou nous prenions le petit déjeuner ou le repas souvent le midi. Le soir nous allions diner aux quelques restaurants du centre commercial d'Eden. Sinon, il y a un supermarché ou nous faisions les courses. ( Le marché de Victoria pour du bon poisson!)
Le petit plus que nos enfants ont adorés: la voiture électrique pour bouger dans le complexe, (toujours une excuses pour sortir), et le kayak pour des balades devant l'appart.
Le petit plus pour nous: les propriétaires de bons conseils et Gedas, une dame fort sympathique qui n'était jamais loin si on avait besoin de quelque chose!

Très bon séjour à Eden Island

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Eden Island. L'appartement est très confortable et bien équipé. Une dame passe faire le ménage 2 fois/semaine et peut même sur demande cuisiner de bons plats créoles. L'île elle même permet de passer un séjour reposant : on trouve sur place un supermarché avec des plats cuisinés, et plusieurs restaurants. Plusieurs piscines et plages sont tout près de l'appartement. Mais ce que nous avons le plus apprécié durant notre séjour, c'est l'accueil très attentionné du propriétaire, qui nous a donné de bons conseils et a tout fait pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances.

Apartment located on the water's edge, in the first bay, the most peaceful part of Eden Island. The nearest beach is 50 metres away. The view of the Mahé mountains is spectacular and very clear. Behind the apartment there is a 2 hectare tropical garden. Eden island is in the bay of the isle of Mahé. Eden island is connect to Mahé by a secure-access bridge.

A shopping centre opened its doors at the end of 2013. There is a covered garage in the basement,a supermarket, several restaurants, bars and banks, a casino and quite a few boutiques. All are three minutes away in your electric car and without leaving the island. This allows you to make the most of your holidays here with everything close by.

Enjoy the 70 beaches on Mahé. Victoria is 3 km away. The airport is 4 km away. There are always cabs available at the airport on your arrival to Eden Island (journey is around € 15). You are 5 minutes from the small capital city. Victoria and its many lively streets. The central hospital is 3 km away.

Eden is the largest garden in the Seychelles. 4 beaches within 50, 100 and 300 meters of the apartment. The architecture is Creole style. Here the convivial and peaceful atmosphere is evident. Only electric cars (EPV - Environmental Performance Vehicles) and bicycles are allowed.
