Well located apartment equipped for 4 people. Winter holidays / summer

The apartment in residence ('the Edge of tracks') is on the edge of the cross-country ski slopes and a few minutes of 50 lifts while being near the Rousses resort center with a nice view on the Risoux massif. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern building with 3 floors (no elevator) with parking in the basement. The place is quiet and relaxing in the middle of a meadow at the foot of a toboggan run. All amenities are nearby (shops, restaurants, cinema, shops, doctors.) The range of activities and the summer and winter walks is dazzling: alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, golf, horse riding, tennis, skating, archery, cycling, fishing, adventure park, lake sailing center. Everything is beautiful, including Switzerland whose border is 2 km ... Geneva and Lake Geneva are within a half hour drive. There are almost no tourist interest in this region that we bâptise'le Swiss Jura '

It was completely renovated in November 2010.

La situation de la location et sa description est précise. La location est très propre, bien entretenue, confortable, bien aménagée, très calme. Nous avons apprécié sa situation, proche du village, des commerces. Le garage est un plus non négligeable. Nous avons été très bien renseigné par le propriétaire et nous recommanderions volontiers cette location à des amis.

Très bonne location proche centre ville.

Nous avons appréciez la proximité du centre ville et la tranquillité des lieux.

L appartement possède tous les ustensiles nécessaires.

Bref en deux mots: Super location.

C'est avec grand plaisir que nous avons retrouvé l'appartement dans lequel nous avions passé notre premier séjour aux Rousses: très propre, coquet, très confortable, très bien équipé. On s'y sent < chouchouté >!

Comme il a énormément neigé durant notre semaine,nous avons fortement apprécié le parking souterrain.

Nous n'avons pas eu à sortir la voiture puisque l'appartement est à quelques minutes du centre ville, proche des centres commerciaux ( Carrefour et Intermarché... ), et des départs des pistes.

Enfin, les Rousses est une station très accueillante, familiale. On aime s'y promener l'après-midi après le ski, fréquenter le salon de thé, se retrouver avec les touristes pour le lèche-vitrine.

SEJOUR AGREABLE AUX ROUSSES

Deuxième séjour dans cet appartement aux rousses et plaisir renouvelé.

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé qui est par ailleurs bien situé, à proximité de la ville et de toutes les commodités.

Emplacement de parking couvert sous la résidence qui est un plus très appréciable.

Propriétaires très courtois dans tous les échanges avant et après le séjour.

Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location et nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner une troisième fois.

Et puis fromages et gastronomie...que du bonheur!

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de découvrir notre appartement de vacances: très soigné d'abord, très confortable, coquet, décoration discrète, très bien équipé, proche du centre ville et des navettes.

Nous sommes très satisfait de cette location sans surprise!!

Elle nous a permis entre autre de passer une excellente semaine de vacances aux skis!!

Nous savons que c'est là où nous retournerons l'an prochain.

Owner's Response: La région des Rousses est également très agréable hors saison et l'été avec ses paysages changeants à chaque saison. Les activités sont nombreuses et variées: randonnées, baignade dans le lac, barbecue au bord du lac de Joux, équitation, golf, VTT, musée, vins d'Arbois,cascades du hérisson, visite de la vallée horlogère de Joux et de la Suisse à seulement 4 Km...sans compter tous les sites touristiques de la région et son excellente gastronomie
