Snowy Creek 3 is a 3-level townhome with a private garage and hot tub room on the ground floor. This level also contains a full bathroom. Downstairs leads to a media/recreation room with TV and hi-fi; this room has 2 queen sofabeds. Off this room is a bedroom with tri-bunk (queen under, single over), and a second bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The lower level also contains a full laundry and a ski-gear/boot-drying room.

Upstairs from the entrance leads into the living/entertainment area, with river rock gas fireplace, several sofas and a large dining table. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and offers additional dining space at the raised bar.

The next level up features two bedrooms, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with 2 twins. There is also a loft area with 2 additional sofas for extra seating and a further sofabed. Upstairs again leads to the loft bedroom which has a tribunk (queen under, single over) and an additional twin bed. This room also has an ensuite bathroom.
