Regio building from 1900.

Reformed apartment interiors, with a modern and contemporary feel, which highlights some architectural elements.

The neighborhood is quiet and where even breathe the mid-century Barcelona, surrounded by monuments such as the Hospital Sant Pau.

And some antique shops.

A few minutes from the modernist monument of Sagrada Familia. In the same block as the block contains many amenities from supermarkets, shops, bars at an economical price, many restaurants, grocery food prepared daily menu ..., bars and pubs.

Great location, clean, looks exactly like it does in the photos! Great connections with the metro just a few metres away and taxis driving around the neighborhood both daytime and nighttime. Located in an area that felt safe to walk around in at nighttime for four young women. Close to supermarkets, bakeries and of course - Segrada Familia!

The apartment did get cold at night though and the bathroom was small and the shower flooded + ran out of hot water when used for more than ten minutes. Over all a great stay!

Apartamento básico muy bien situado.

Muy buena comunicación con el propietario.

Apartamento antiguo,(las fotos son más bonitas que la realidad).

Muebles prácticos, decorado con gusto. El baño es pequeño y el plato de ducha incómodo. No hay ascensor. Nosotros hemos tenido buen tiempo, pero en caso de frío solo tiene tres radiadores eléctricos

Lo mejor, su ubicación: bien comunicado en metro con todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad; cercano a supermercados, bares y restaurantes a buen precio. Hospital Sant Pau y Sagrada Familia a dos pasos.

Muy recomendable para pasar unos días conociendo la ciudad.

The apartment has excellent transport links.

  Just 30 meters away lines L2 and L5 meter.

Line 5 takes them directly to Sants Station from where you can access by train to the airport.

  The L2 will take you directly to Passeig de Gràcia, ideal for shopping, or the old town. Naughty L5 whole Eixample.

And just across the street is the Bus 117.

We also have just two blocks the stops, 51.50,92 buses, bus 50 will take you through the entire city, the famous Gran Vía

Very useful this bus to visit different sights and attractions.

It would be impossible to put all activities or attractions that you can visit in Barcelona here.

Monuments, museums, theaters, gastronomic tours, wine, amusement parks, very picturesque villages, beautiful beaches very nearby towns, etc.., Etc..
