Summer - There are so many amazing things to do on a sunny summer's day in Whistler. Choose from unique adventures like horseback riding in the mountains, guided fishing tours, ATV tours, jet boat adventures, Ziptrek Ecotours and so much more. Winter - When it comes to skiing and riding, Whistler Blackcomb has variety and then some. Choose from steeps, deeps, chutes, high alpine bowls, glades, superb corduroy, long cruisers, and gentle rollers. Riders and skiers will revel in the Parks and Pipes on both mountains plus natural launch pads, hits, wind-lips, cornices, cliff drops, and ridges - the place is like a huge, natural terrain park! When you have explored the 8,000 plus acres of terrain on both mountains, head down to the valley and experience Village life. When you come down from the mountains, there's still plenty to do in Whistler. Like restaurants, shopping, rest day activities, après and nightlife action.

Four night whistler holiday in late june 2009

robott glenco, trinidad
Review Submitted: June 30, 2009 Date of Stay: June 2009
The description of the property was accurate and the information on getting to the property sounded complicated at first but proved to be quite easy to follow . we got to the property without any problems at all driving from vancouver. the condo was clean and well maintained and we would have no hesitancy in renting this condo again and recommending friends or family doing so. While the owner had a list of recommended restaurants in whistler we did not follow this and only had one experience with a restaurant baccio if i remember the name correctly which we did not believe gave the quality of service or food for the price that was charged. the location of the condo gave easy access to the lifts at both blackcomb and with a little walk to those at whistler . This meant that we walked to the village almost all the time and only drove when it was raining at night or when we were shopping and would have packages to carry. The one thing that i would recommend to the owners is that they put in a safe for guest's valuables since i am not certain how often the door code is
changed . Some activities are best in fact probably should only be undertaken on sunny days( this is of course relative to summer) so
the weather forecasts are a must Going up the lifts to do the peak to
peak visit would be to me a waste of time on a rainy and very cloudy day .We did it on a bright and sunny day walked up through the piled up snow snow drifts to the peak of whistler mountain after the lift carried us to the last stop then, (clearly in winter the skiers get carried higher) We took a drive to pemberton on a rainy day but even that was not particularly pleasant as the road conditions could be problematic for someone who is not familiar with the area.It is important to keep the door code on you when you go out of the apartment as well as the telephone numbers of the owners as we
pressed the wrong code a few times and obviously could not get into the unit for some time until we asked for some help from the front office staff ( who by the way are not connected with the unit in any way but who did come along to see if they could help )told them what we knew the code was and who realized that we were pressing one incorrect button as the numbers were almost worn away from it .

Owner's Response: Its always good to get feedback, espcially when it is positive.

We pride ourselves on the accuracy of the information we provide and are very happy when a guest endorses this.

Thanks to the front desk staff for their assistance. They are not affiliated with our unit, but like most people in Canada they are happy to help as much as they can.

Whistler is a great place for R&R anytime of the year.
