In the Genepi apartment, you feel comfort and well being as soon as you enter. It is all about space. The relaxation area with the large living room and its central fireplace is a good place to organise warm and friendly parties; the bedroom area with large comfortable beds; a large and functional kitchen with all the appliances you will need. And of course, the most prestigious area of all, the mountain, viewed from the private balcony/terrace.

The private park surrounds the apartment building and gives access to the sauna, solarium, barbecue, the playground for children and the private mini-golf with unlimited access.

Children can even play in a wooden cabin in a tree.

Sports lovers will leave their bikes in a secured shed dedicated to this purpose.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rentals from Sunday to Sunday in order to avoid road traffic.

    Animals are only accepted once a liability form has been signed.
    A €400 security deposit cheque is asked upon arrival and will be refunded after the check-out inventory.
    Final cleaning is optional for €100.

The other 4 have two single beds. Both are south facing with a magnificent view of the Valley and the Massif of the Grandes Rousses. An electric shutter guarantees a total darkness if you wish to sleep longer.
