Recent wooden chalet located in Residence, 2 garages in ground floor.

Chalet recently built (2006), an independent, all wood, located in residence, free access all year. Rated 4 stars by Prefecture of the Alpes Maritimes. Suitable for up to 8 people. 147sqm total area on 3 levels with 93sqm of living space. Has: 2 garages on the ground floor accessible from the upper floors, with a first: living room with stove, kitchen, bedroom and separate bathroom, toilet, a second floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Electric floor heating and radiators. Large terrace overlooking the first slopes and valley, the second balcony with the same view. Orientation south-south west. Ski-out. Shops in the heart of the resort at 300m. by funicular or free shuttle. Possibility to rent sheets and staff on site laundry. Reception and departure provided locally by professional staff.

Terms: A rental contract must be established to avoid any surprises for both the tenant and the owner. It stipulates a 25% deposit payable on booking, the balance 4 weeks before entering the premises. In case of late booking the full rental is required upon booking.

Insurance as a tenant is required. In general casualty insurance of the main house of the tenant covers the risk Liability on holiday. This certificate is to ask your insurance company.

An inventory is drawn up and out by professional staff, which can also interfere with any problems that occur during the stay.

Cleaning is done by professionals ensuring a clean site warranty. Additional households may be required during the stay.

Rentals are normally Saturday from 16h. to the following Saturday at 10am.

Location of Chalet: The chalet is located in the heart of the Residence Chalets du Mercantour along a private road, accessible all year round while systematically plowed. 2 garages on the ground floor of the cottage, accessible directly from the floors without having to get out in the cold. Going on skis is joining 30m. the elevator of a building that drops you 15m. below. At the foot of the building you put on your skis and get off at the heart of the resort with a small so-called 'La Chevrette' track. The ski area offers you in the face on the north side, beyond to the slopes of the Minnow, or back behind the chalets to the neck of the Lombard. You will return the track Belvedere or the Diva, and 100m. further you are at the foot of the building from where you left. If you prefer to reach the heart of the station walk there is a 150m free funicular. of the building that drops you off at 150m. the shopping mall with shops.

The facilities at the Chalet .: Access to the chalet is twofold or by an outside staircase that joins a porch or by an internal staircase from garages to cars.
