Enjoy a 150 M2 chalet and 1200 M2 garden, located 15-20 minutes walk from Chamonix center in the Plaine des Praz, les Praz de Chamonix.
The rental property has been renovated in 2011 to make a comfortable and fully equipped sweet home. It includes 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms (with double beds in each one 140x90) and 1 other bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds 90x140), living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (balneotherapy bath for one of them) and 3 toilets.

Beautiful Chalet with great views and wonderful amenities.

The Chalet was a perfect base for our Chamonix ski trip. Location was perfect, very near Flegere ski lift, a quick walk into Les Praz and a very nice 20 min walk into Chamonix proper. The house is beautiful and cozy. The hot tub, spa, fireplace, and boot warmers were wonderful for relaxing after a day on the pistes.

Great stay at an amazing chalet

The chalet was incredible. It was very comfortable, in perfect condition, clean, modern, well equipped with everything you could need and its features were wonderful. The chalet attendant was friendly and responsive. It was so nice and welcoming that many of our evenings in Chamonix we preferred to stay in rather than go out. Amazing as Chamonix is overall, the chalet was definitely one of the main highlights of our trip and we look forward to returning.

ABSOLUMENT FABULEUX

Le chalet est tout bonnement magnifique, dans un environnement calme bien qu'à 10 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Il dispose d'une grande terrasse en bois au soleil avec vue sur le Mont Blanc. L'intérieur est entièrement refait avec beaucoup de goût, dans les moindres détails. Un très bel exemple d'une utilisation moderne et très design du bois. La pièce à vivre est très "cocooning" avec une grande cheminée, un coin salle à manger (où vous trouvez une table absolument fantastique) et une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée et très fonctionnelle. Le chalet est très bien entretenu. Il y a 5 chambres toutes pourvues d'un téléviseur. Un petit fascicule vous attends à l'arrivée vous donnant toutes les informations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des appareils ainsi que des adresses de restaurants et d'épiceries fines. Tout est réunis dans ce chalet pour passer un excellent séjour, ce qui a été notre cas. Je recommande fortement cette location.
