A 4 bedroom detached house of 130 m2 with a closed garden of 580 m2 (slide, deckchairs and bbq…) ideal for 8 people but can accommodate 10 sleeps.

Walking distance from the sand beach (350m) and from the shops in summer (including bakery, butcher, and grocery, and tourist information).

Fully refurbished with new and modern equipment, the house is very comfortable all around the year, and is perfectly adapted for families (high chairs, carry cot, etc...).

On the ground floor, a large livingdiningroomUS kitchen of 55 m2 very comfortable for the whole family and friends, looks out a wooden terrace (southwest exposition) to enjoy the sun late in the evening, but also benefits from a chimney for cold autumn nights. Also on this floor, a double bedroom, a toilet and a bathroom and access to the garage laundry.

On the first floor, the 3 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom open on an additional living room that is perfect to play or read quietly.

The house is in Denneville plage in a residential area 350m from the beach. Denneville is located in Normandy in the Cotentin on the "côte des îles" (the Isles coast) between Cherbourg (50km away) and Granville (70km away). Denneville is facing the Jersey island that can be seen on a clear weather.

The lovely little town of Portbail is 4km away and offers all the amenities you need (supermarket, chemist, shops...) but also wonderful views. Barneville-Carteret is 15km away and is also a very appreciated destination for walks and site seeing.

Less than 2hours drive away, there is also the magnificent Mont St Michel which will make a great escape for a day or two.

Closer, 80km away, the D-day beaches (Omaha beach, etc...) are also an unforgettable experience.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    Rates are for 10 persons max and are all inclusive (water, electricity, tax).

    Full payment is required 30 days before the start of the rental + 500euros caution (not debitted). Payment can be done by cheque in euros, or by international transfer for people living abroad.
    It is also possible to rent bed linen: 10eurossimple bed and 12eurosdouble bed so 64euros for 8 sleeps, or 76euros for 10, and towels: 6eurospersonne.
    End of stay cleaning can be booked for 70euros.
  • Rental is on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 4pm, departure before 10am
    End of stay cleaning has to be down by the tenant at the end of the stay.
    Animals are not permitted.
    The house is non-smoking.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 25% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR500.00
