This wonderful villa boasts a unique private beach in the sought after Little Key Bay; true peaceful heaven rated National Natural Reserve.

It is perfect for families or groups of friends. It was designed to fully enjoy the extraordinary site view: large decks have been laid out in front of the house with a lounge area and a large modern table doing the continuity from the indoor living room, around the pool for sunbathing and leading to its private beach where, according to your mood, you can go kayaking (provided) to discover the Pelican Island and the Pinel Islet with its small homemade rums.

The villa boasts a fully fitted open plan kitchen (Nespresso and ice maker), an open plan dining room overlooking the living room with multimedia and surround sound and four bedrooms with a bathroom and a walk-in closet in each one.

Decoration is very looked after.
