• The reservation will be effective upon receipt of the deposit of half the rent (possibility of a transfer from bank to bank)
  The balance of the rent is to send up to 15 days before the date of occupancy.
  The deposit will be given by check upon arrival, and returned no later than ten days after the end of the lease unless the problem of deterioration or breakage.
• Arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday (call 1 hour before arrival).
  
  If your arrival should be after 7:00 p.m. because of a major impediment: prevent before 5:00 p.m. for a possible arrangement, you will be asked for an extra 50 euros to be paid at the arrival.
  Check out: rooms must be vacated and household done by 10:00 a.m., an inventory will be made in your presence.
  If the apartment needs housework, they will be charged 50 euros.
  A lease agreement, general conditions of occupation and a precise description of the rental will be provided upon booking.
  An invoice will be sent upon request after receipt of full rental amount.
