These modern, recently built villas are ideally located just a few minutes drive from Jomtien Beach and Pattaya City center. Both rental properties come with their own private pool, which is not over looked by any adjacent properties. Set on one level, these fully air conditioned villas are in immaculate condition and furnished to a high standard throughout. Fully fitted kitchens, Satellite/cable TV and high speed internet connections come as standard We can also cater for your individual needs with supplying cots, highchairs and car baby seats. Airport transfers, golf packages and welcome packs also can be arranged prior to arriving. Maid service, bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided. This large luxury villa which was built to a high and modern finish is ideally located in a peaceful location a few minutes drive from Jomtien Beach. The villa is well equipped and comfortably furnished throughout, the large spacious lounge/diner features cable T.V, DVD/CD player, computer with high speed internet connection and a play station 2 with numerous games for the kids. A modern fully equipped kitchen which includes oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle etc. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to the air conditioning. Outside you will find well kept gardens, a sun terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers and barbecue over looks the private pool. Maid service, bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.

The properties are ideally located just a few minutes drive from Jomtien Beach, where you will find a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars endless sports and leisure activities, while Pattaya's bustling centre can be reached within a ten minute drive. The properties also benefits by being only five minutes drive from a Golf driving range, Underwater World, Lake Land (a wake board/ski park). Other attractions include windsurfing, jet ski, sailing, go-carting and elephant riding which can all be experienced at a reasonable cost within the local area.

Stayed at the Villa for 10 nights, pictures do it no justice at all. Clean, quiet, good car, good service from owner and have only been back a few days but already trying to book for 3 weeks next year. Wont be staying at hotels again. Its 5 minutes drive into town but taxi's are easy to come by, get a few numbers on your 1st night out. It will suit singles, families or couples and with the high walls, large electric gate and all surrounding bungalows you have total privacy.

Having decided to spend our Golden Wedding Anniversary in Thailand we opted to go self-catering in this beautiful villa. The villa has good accommodation with air conditioning and maid service and of course the use of a vehicle was an added bonus. Paul & Lee have certainly provided everything one could possibly want whilst on holiday and were very courteous and helpful. We very much hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Having visiting Thailand several times we decided to head to Pattaya for a change. We were looking for self contained accommodation away from the main beach strip that basicaly provided some privacy.

Luckily Villa Jasmine met all our expectations. The owners Paul and Lee Garrett are very well orgainsed with all aspects of holiday accommodation and the subsequent expectations of guests. The villa also provides a vechile which for us was a real bonus and allowed us to plan our holiday accordingly.

The villa itself is very well maintained, clean, and has all the mod-cons one would expect (internet-own pool- etc). The other bonus was the close proximity to all of Pattayas beaches and shopping and the relief of returning to your privacy on completion.

This was our second visit to Pattaya and the Villa, as a family of four we will be returning once again in 2009.
