Quality services, quiet, functional, south balcony view over the slopes

New: This apartment has been labeled 4 **** (accommodation very comfortable, high quality) in June 2013 by the Departmental Union of Tourist Haute-Savoie.

Le Sépia is a recent apartment building, quiet and comfortable in the district of the Hauts-Forts, embedded at the departure/arrival of the Podrains cable car and close to all utilities. It allows an immediate access to the Portes du Soleil ski area and to the aerial lifts. Departure & return w/ skis on.

The resort centre (supermarket) is less than 10 min by foot. Deli where you can buy fresh bread is located 20 m away from the apartment building.

The apartment has been refurbished in a 'charming' mountain atmosphere. Very well equipped, this duplex is bright and comfortable; it has a separated entrance on the 5th floor (out of 5) and boasts 2 bathrooms with toilets, one sunny balcony (uninterrupted view over the mountain) and one ski room. Internet Wi-Fi access included.

Convivial and welcoming setting for a sporty or quiet and soothing stay.

The Prodains cable car (in Morzine) allows direct access to the apartment building (50 m) and also offers the opportunity to park in a long-term parking.

The ESF office (French ski school) is located close to the apartment building and the departure for the lessons is reachable by the Plateau chair lift (pedestrian access possible),50 m away.

Excellent Family Apartment

Really nice apartment well presented and in an excellent location for the slopes. Ski locker has direct access to the slopes. Would suggest using the Prodains cable car if a getting a transfer from Geneva, as quicker and much easier than using the main entrance and taxi's/horses. Ideal for a family of four although we had six and it was not a problem. Well decorated and very comfortable in a quiet location. Will be booking again at sometime in the future.

duplex très charmant

appartement duplex très fonctionnel et très agréable, rénové avec goût, équipé à neuf (électroménagers, TV écran plat, lecteur DVD, internet WIFI). les plus: 2 salles de bain, 2 WC et la situation près du téléphérique et aux pieds des pistes, pas de voiture dans la station. la propriétaire a donné un livré d'accueil bien fait et laissé quelques bonnes adresses Nous avons passés un excellent séjour et découvert un domaine skiable vaste et varié. le prix est largement à la hauteur de la prestation! à recommander sans hésitation!

Remarquable!

Venus en famille avec nos deux enfants et une amie, nous avons trouvé ce duplex très agréable, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Cela nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour. Sa situation au pied des pistes, sans vis-à-vis avec les autres immeubles est remarquable. Prendre le café tout en bronzant sur la terrasse en plein soleil a fait partie des grands moments de ce séjour.
Au delà du lieu, nous avons apprécié la réactivité de Madame Cante et le fait que tout a été fait et pensé pour notre bien-être.
Nous recommandons ce duplex sans hésité!

Notre séjour nous a enchanté à tous points de vue : l'appartement est vraiment très agréable, chaleureux, fonctionnel et d'une propreté irréprochable. Il est de plus idéalement situé au pied des pistes. La propriétaire est, outre sa disponibilité, d'une grande gentillesse et soucieuse de la satisfaction des vacanciers. Owner's Response: Nous avons lu avec attention vos remarques et vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de poster cet avis.
Il est vrai que les surfaces proposées en montagne sont généralement plus petites qu’ailleurs … cependant la disposition en duplex de l’appartement à l'avantage de procurer une bonne impression d’espace pour une surface assez limitée. Les espaces de vie sont bien séparés, ce qui ménage davantage d’intimité à chacun et donne un petit esprit «maison» appréciable.
