The Cala Llevado urbanisation is located 2 miles out of Tossa de Mar, the most beautiful town of the Costa Brava. The house is new build and has magnificent sea views. There is a nice garden with garden furniture. The view from the terrace is impressive. The house has air-conditioning & heating so it is available for the summer & winter. There is a very nice swimming pool which is overlooking the coast. Furthermore there is a children playground & a basketball court. A private beach with a very nice beach club, restaurant & pizzeria belong to the Cala Llevado area & the historic town of Tossa de Mar is within 5 minutes by car. Girona is a half hour driving away & Barcelona will take you about one hour. The owner speaks English & is living in Tossa de Mar so he is always available for assistance. The house is an ideal place for family with children & for couples who want to have the accommodation at the best location.

Tossa de Mar is known to be one of the most beautiful towns on the Spanish coast. The famous painter Marc Chagall gave it is nickname, ´The Blue Paradise´. The medieval center of Tossa de Mar (Villa Vela) is unique and picturesque. The beach, many bars and small restaurants set the atmosphere. Throughout the years Tossa has been a town of painters and writers. Even Hollywood discovered the beauty of Tossa de Mar and Pandora and the Flying Dutchman, with Ava Gardner and James Mason, was shot there. Tossa de Mar is halfway the A7 from France to Barcelona. This region is known as the Costa Brava (the Wild Coast) and famous because of its impressive beauty. The old town of Girona is nearby and trendy Barcelona will just take you an hour. In the near surroundings of Tossa de Mar you will find many beautiful golf courses where you can play the whole year through. The owner of the house can arrange green fees. Tosa de Mar will be the ideal location for a holiday or a short break from home.

Golf: There are many golf facilities in the near surroundings. Among them Caldes de Malavella, a PGA course which is considered to be one of the most beautiful courses in Europe. Property owner can arrange green fees.

Football: The Football Club Barcelona is more than a club. Every other saturday or Sunday they are playing in the famous Nou Camp stadium. If you want to see Eto´o, Messi, Henry and Puyol play, owner of property can arrange tickets.

very quiet, spacious hide-away with a lovely view

For the couple(s) who wish to be convienently located to Tossa De Mar but want solitude and relaxation, this is the place. The home is located about a 5 minute drive from the village but easy to get to. We used the home as a base camp as we took day trips all over the Costa Brava area and beyond (Andora, France, etc) and then came back to the home and we were able to unwind with a really nice bottle of Spanish wine on the patio. The two main bedrooms had bigger beds and the other bedroom had a bunk bed; this wasn't that clear in the description so we thought one of the couples would have to sleep on the sofa sleeper downstairs. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen is fully equipped and there was a washer to do a load of laundry. The owner was very helpful before we arrived by answering any questions we had on the area or about the home. He was very responsive letting me know when the funds arrived for our deposit. We would stay here again and hope we get the opportunity.
