Entirely refurbished and newly equiped in July 2010 this stunning one roomed flat is located in Paris 17 near the Ternes square and Champs Elysées.

Very quiet and secure area, it is giving on a courtyard. 5 minutes' walk to the Ternes Square it contains high standard equipment, rainy shower, ceramic hob, cold door oven, washing drying machine, refrigerator, freezer, flat screen TV, Nespresso Krups coffee machine.
Nearest Airport : ORLY at 22 Kilometres
Nearest Train : gare du Nord at 5 Kilometres
Car: not necessary

Easy access, ideally located (only 5 minutes to Porte Maillot), there are food facilities near the Ternes market and Poncelet market -small supermarket opposite and all shopping possibilities very close.

5 minutes' walk to the Ternes' square, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elsées, rue du Faubourg Sait Honoré. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Business: 10 minutes underground RER to the Defense and Opéra areas.
