This two bedroom, two bath cabana unit, located in Building K, has been updated and is very comfortably furnished. The unit has tile floors throughout, and is decorated in a tropical theme. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. One full bath is located on the upper level. The unit is fully stocked with linens and towels. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and is very well stocked with all essentials as well. A spiral staircase leads down from the screened balcony to the cabana. The cabana has sliding glass doors, and also provides sleeping accommodations for two more guests. There is a television and VCR for entertainment. A bath with walk-in shower is available. Covered parking is located outside. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Jacuzzi, Pool Heated, Dock, Garage/carport, Elevator, Screened Lanai, MarcoBay Resort, Coin Operated Laundry, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Waterfront.
