Ideally located just 100 meters from the best beaches of the area. The Complex boasts a large swimming pool with hydromasage section for adults and a separate smaller pool for children. The complex is located in a quiet and picturesque area and it is ideal for couples and families looking for something out of the ordinary from their vacations. The residents of the complex can enjoy the spectacular view at the top of the Monemvasia Castle. It takes about 45 mins to reach to the top but the sea and country view is worth the effort. The beaches close to the complex are ideal for water sports and windsurfing. The Monemvasia's unspoilt environment and rich history captured the imagination of many artists and writers; many articles have been published for this little corner of the earth.

The villa is in the middle of a small picturesque village of Agios Stefanos and it is the ideal place to have relaxing holidays. Ideal for families with children. The residents of the villa can enjoy the spectacular view at the top of the Monemvasia Castle. It takes about 45 mins to reach to the top but the sea and country view is worth the effort. The beaches close to the villa are ideal for watersports and windsurfing. Daily trips to the famous 'Caves of Dyros', the lagoon of Gerakas, the fortress of Mystras, the picturesque sea village of Elafonisos, are more than rewarding.
