Thank you Patrice for sharing your home, making us welcome and for answering all my questions. The apartment was very clean and warm, it is well maintained, has great morning views from the balcony, and a welcoming , helpful housekeeper. It has a well equipped kitchen, though the oven is a little small to cook for a group. The property is good value, and was suitable for our size group of 7 adults. The stairs are very steep , with narrow tread and the upstairs bedrooms are low sloped ceilings, typical of many properties in the area . If the pin on the map were changed, the details would be more accurate. I chose this apartment over others, because of the central location highlighted on the VRBO map. But infact the apartment is 1.3km from the pindrop, and is outside the town. I have mobility issues and the map location was what decided me on booking the apartment. Tips: you'll need cash for the deposit, sheet and towel payment, which was more than I could withdraw from an ATM. Book eating out a few weeks in advance if your stay. Bring your own hand soap and also t towels to dry dishes. We loved Samoens and hope to visit again
