An ancient and restored country house (building 1912) in the east of Majorca. It is situated ten minutes away from the beach and a car is needed to move around. The house is in the middle of a big garden with a new, outdoor swimming pool which is decorated with a tank with fish and humid plants. A big kitchen provided with any tool needed with natural light all day long due to a big glass looking over the mountains.

The house is situated in a natural area between Manacor (a small town with 30000 inhabitants) and Sant Llorenç (a small village with only 3000 inhabitants). Half kilometre away there is situated an ancient paleochristian location of cultural interest which can be visited only with a short walk from the hourse. If you want to go shopping, plenty of trendy shopping centers are placed in Manacor and other cultural activities can be done either in Manacor or in Sant Llorenç such as visiting museums, church, popular markets. Other leisure activities can be done in 15minutes away in any of the beaches that can be easily found all over the eastern coast of Majorca.

Porto cristo it´s a 13 km from Manacor, it´s a center tourist very important because have cavers 'cuevas del Drach y cuevas de Hams'. In interior the caver Drach have a lake immense natural where you can to listen a concert and to sail with small boat for the lake. In Manacor you can play tennis, to ride horses. The golf is a 7 km from Son Peretohe golf is a 13 km. have 18 holes is very important, ask us .

orchard and bicycles: In the villa we have a orchard with pepper, watermelon, melon, tomatoes, etc, when you will can pick would you like . We have bicycles for you if you want.

Had a lovely stay at this charming villa. Rural location and car essential. We booked last minute & Xisca and her husband did everything they could to accommodate our needs during our stay - including meeting us at 4am in the morning when our flight got delayed! Villa was well equipped, pool very clean and the hens, rabbits, swings & sandpit were greatly appreciated by our 17 month old son. Probably not suited to those who want easy access to a beach everyday but otherwise really delightful getaway! Do try to get to Palma, beautiful city, and if you are up to the drive the NW coast around Pollenca is stunning and Deja should not be missed! Highly recommended.

Peace & Tranquility is priceless but can be found in Son Pereto. A wonderfully restored Finca with loads of character, yet, modernly equipped. For nature lovers there are hens, turtles a rabbit and a goldfish pond. Perfectly located away from the madding crowds but within driving distances of all interesting island landmarks and the beaches. The owners are the most Perfect Hosts who treated us like family. The website does not do the finca full justice. We will be back.

We stayed here in 2007 and they owners were extremely helpful, doing everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is suitable for families as nothing is 'precious' which makes it very comfortable. parents can lounge around the huge lunch/dinner table under the porch and keep an eye on the kids in the pool which makes it very stress free.

Erst mal vielen vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung vor Ort.
Die Beschreibung und die Bilder geben in keinster Weise die Einmaligkeit dieser Finca wieder. Der Garten ( kompl. geschlossen ) ist wunderschön und war ein tolles Erlebnis für unsere 4 Kinder. Fische, Frösche, Hühner und Schildkröten waren immer wieder Anziehungspunkte.
Der Pool 10m x 4,5m und die Liegewiese waren sehr gepflegt und für unser Erholung wie geschaffen. Das gesamte Ambiente der Anlage war sehr landestypisch und die Ausstattung sehr umfangreich.
Ein Auto ist allerdings umbedingt erforderlich.

Liebe Grüsse an unsere Vermieter, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!
