Waterfront deluxe villa in a quiet and typical bay. You can relax face to the famous Pinel Island...Located in a gated community, it has been renovated on February 2010. It comprises: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms ( king size bed )each having their own bathroom, toilet and closet (safe), an air-conditioned large living room opening onto the terrace overlooking the sea. It offers modern conveniences: plasma TV, DVD player, satellite TV, free wireless internet access. The kitchen has top-of-the-range equipments ( ice maker, nespresso coffee machin, washerdryer ). The linen is provided and the cleaning lady comes every 4 days. Kayaks are at your disposal to go to the small surrounding islands or for deep-sea diving for beginners or professionals... You will also be at 5mn drive from the fabulous Orient Bay beach and all its activities ( watersports, beach restaurants) and near to our gastronomic village GRAND CASE! and we also have 2 suites, adjacent but independent, if you are numerous...

We are in the north of the island, between the fabulous ORIENT BAY and l'ANSE MARCEL, a marina. Face to Pinel Island, you can enjoy that splendid small island by yourself with our kayaks ( at your disposal during your stay ). Otherwise there is a local ferry at 1 minute walking. There is a supermarket , a pharmacy and a medical center at 2 minutes by car. And all the restaurants ( snack or gastronomic ) are at 5 minutes by car.
