Shaded, equipped with furniture for 10 to 12 people, you can take all your meals, do your grill on the barbecue-grilled gas or laze admiring the sunset on the rocky shores of this paradise.

The residence has 2 apartments, close, secure, it is located in a quiet residential area, about 50m from the small fishing port you can enjoy the private pool.; the beach is 5 minutes walk, as well as small shops, on-site boat rentals, restaurants, lounge bar. Ideal holiday for families with children and adolescents: evenings and on-site entertainment in town or near the campsite nearby: no support or concern for transport. Nearby, numerous cultural activities (museum Sartene, prehistoric sites, polyphonic art ..) and sports (boating, hiking, horseback riding ..)

Parking

Facilities: Built in 2010, the residence offers a new and efficient equipment, internet access and WI FI, multimedia, air conditioning in all rooms and VMC. The appliances are high-end (professional oven, refrigerator, solar hot water) Many small appliances: robot, chopper, mixer, pressure cooker ... Useful blue cords.

You will have the use of the pool and its equipment. The basin is located in the rear garden and offers all guarantees of security (shutters, alarm)

Le site de Tizzano est petit, mais exceptionnel et relativement préservé. On y trouve des petits commerces de proximité, 3 restaurants, 2 hôtels, un port avec possibilité de louer des bateaux, une grande plage située à 200m dotée d' une qualité d'eau remarquables + location de canoës, sans compter les randonnées pédestres à découvrir aussi bien au nord qu'au sud de Tizzano. La location est extrêmement confortable, récente, arrangée avec goût et très bien équipée. Vaste terrasse avec superbe vue sur le petit port. La piscine est très agréable et assortie de transats et de petits salons de jardin (idéal pour un apéro festif...).
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, mais discret tout au long du séjour, sachant se rendre disponibles au moindre souci.
Le rêve...!!!

Very large and beautiful white sandy beaches nearby, remarkable prehistoric sites, hiking on the 'path of Customs' connecting the Genoese tower Campomoro the 'lion Roccapina'; Distance mountain lovers inside: needle Bavella 1 hour drive passes the Incudine, Baccino, Verde ... and the many activities that are practiced: canyoning, climbing, tree climbing, swimming in the rivers (the 'pozze')
