This private island community is reminiscent of old Florida as it once was during a simpler time. Just 3 miles offshore, this tropical paradise is part of the Lee Island Coast of South West Florida. Strewn across an expansive preserve, we invite you to vacation in million dollar homes bordered by miles of pristine sand beaches. A truly natural enclave secluded and protected. Travel by golf cart or bicycle on our sandy native trails. Here, you will find no cars, no crowds or paved roads.

Beautiful Gulf Preserve views from your living room; the preserve beach is at the end of the street. What more could you ask for in a perfect place for your family's stay on North Captiva.

Take the stairs up to the roof top lookout for sunsets every evening! This impeccably decorated three bedroom and three bath home is just a quick stroll away from the beach. The master bedroom features an adjoining extra bedroom/office furnished with a twin bed and desk, the perfect spot for families traveling with young children. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen beds.
