La résidence est très agréable. Elle est aussi idéalement située pour se rendre à la plage, il n'y a même pas de route à traverser. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la terrasse et le jardinet très appréciables. La cuisine est bien équipée. Certes, il y a des traces d'humidité en bas mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Bon contact (à distance) avec les propriétaires.

Les photos ainsi que le descriptif sont conformes à la réalité. Le logement était propre, fonctionnel, une terrasse très sympa et la plage réellement à côté. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir aller dans le centre de Cavalaire à pied. Un seul bémol toutefois, les chambres à l'tage inférieur étaient quand même très humides, surtout la petite. Peut-être prévoir d'arranger cela, sinon tout était parfait.

Owner's Response: Merci pour cette appréciation très positive. Notre mas est effectivement agréable à vivre et idéalement placé. Le petit problème d'humidité dans la petite chambre a été occasionné par les pluies diluviennes de juin 2010 ( catastrophe de Draguignan ) et sera résolu cet hiver.
