Luxury and History in the middle of Le Marais

wonderful place in a very quite street in the historical middle of the Marais! all Supermarkets, Shops, Restaurants, Bakerys and typical french Stores in the near, max. 5 Minutes to go the most historic Attractions are in the direct near of the Appartment a very good restored appartment with new and tasteful furniture and brand new kitchen an old "Marais-House" of the late 18th century the Owner invested a lot of money but the best was: Owner with noblesse, style and very friendly Book here, you find no more better for this price an in this central area.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Fantastic Apartment

I stayed here for 5 nights with my husband and 12 year old son in early April. We love staying in the Marais and this apartment was ideally located for us - quiet, but only a few minutes walk from restaurants etc. There is a Monoprix about 50 meters from the apartment for groceries.

Laurence and David were very welcoming and friendly, the booking process was easy and they even checked my Marathon time online then sent me an email to congratulate me.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures show - and it's spotlessly clean. Very comfortable - my son loved the sofabed. It was perfect for our needs and we will be back!

Cute apartment, beautiful city

I was hell-bent on finding the exact right apartment for our first trip to Paris, and I couldn't be happier with this place. It's compact, but priced accordingly. Our hosts were lovely, meeting us earlier than check-in, so we didn't have to wait around after a long flight. The place is up two flights, which may make it problematic for people with mobility issues, but a breeze for anyone else.

The location is perfect. A quiet little street, right off a bustling main drag, with a supermarket, several boulangeries, and several restaurants all within easy walking distance. Right around the corner was one of the highlights of our trip, the Musée de la Magie (the Museum of Magic).

It was great to have a washer/dryer in the apartment AND a dishwasher—better than our apartment at home! Everything was clean and efficient. The photos are completely accurate. I'm a complainer by nature and I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. I'll stay here again and recommend to friends.

A delightful slice of Parisian life

Three of us spent a week in this lovely, quiet and well situated apartment in the Marais. We didn't ride the metro for 4 days after our arrival because it was so delightful and convenient to walk almost everywhere. It is close to the Place de Vosges, cross the bridge over the Seine and you are in the mist of the Left Bank. Excellent places to dine or pick up provisions whether you chose to eat in or go out.

The apartment is in a charming old building but the apartment is beautifully decorated, has all the modern conveniences and super clean.

Laurence and David were most cordial and responsive in all our communications with them. David responded immediately when we had a slight problem with the toilet one day. Thank you, David.

We highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights.

We picked this place, because the flat looked great in the online pictures. However, it's even better in real life. The wooden beams add a great deal of character. The decor is clean cut, subtle and stylish in an understated way.

The kitchen is tidy and functional.

I don't normally like sleeping away from my home, but I have to say the bed in this apartment was so comfortable, perhaps more so than in my own place.

My friend slept on the sofa bed, which she said was very snug too.

The location of the apartment is so convenient, both to travel to and from. We also felt very safe there and in terms of shops and restaurants, there was a fantastic selection.

We had two minor gripes about the apartment; my friend and I felt the apartment could have been better lit in the evening - it could be quite dark.
Also, the toilet has been put in a position that's a little awkward to sit in.

Apart from that, we still loved the apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else. I'd book again!
