This lovely modern spacious villa is located on a small residential estate, just a 10 minute walk to the village of Guia, famous for its numerous ( 25 + ) restaurants, some famous for chicken piri piri. The property is totally enclosed by walls and gate. There is a mosaic tiled pool (8m x 3.5 - 4m) surrounded by terraces with a shower and BBQ. The swimming pool is fenced with a lockable gate and can be HEATED - this is available as an optional extra. Accommodation: Ground floor: Fitted kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven & hob. Lounge/dining room with bar and digital satellite TV with BBC & ITV and other free to air channels, DVD, and music centre. 2 x Twin bedrooms, shower room, bathroom. Games room with a table soccar table. First Floor: Master bedroom with Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom and terrace. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining room are fully air-conditioned for heating & cooling and have mosquito screens. There is a safe.

The village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk. It is a small town with shops and famous for its many good value restaurants, of which there are over 20. There is also a supermarket and fruit & vegetable market. The Blue flag beaches of Galé are only five minutes drive away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas ( mainly in english ) and Ten Pin Bowling. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for low season. Changeover day: Thursday. Guests must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
    Booking via e-mail. 25% Deposit . Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.

    You can pay by either cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card ( 2% surcharge for credit card payments - no charge for debit cards )
  • Air conditioning/heating is included. Pool-heating is optional for £125 per week.
  • We can also arrange airport transfer and car hire for you. Please ask for prices.

Service: Our property management office is 5km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.

Our Fantastic Fortnight

This summer myself my husband, our two children and my husbands parents spent two weeks at Villa Atlantico. This was our second holiday to Guia but this time in a different area. we found the villa very easily and although we arrived mid morning we were able to relax on the patio whilst the maid finished off her work.
Once inside the villa had plenty of space for us all and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The photos do not do it justice at all.
Shortly after our arrival a host from Algarve Villas came to welcome us . She was very helpful and when we realised the TV was not working, she was on the phone and sorting out a replacement , which arrived within two hours.
The pool and gardens were very well kept and maintained every Friday.
We all throughly enjoyed our stay with the boys always in the pool, we could get down to some serious sun bathing.
I would definitely recommend this villa as it is well situated close to the village centre, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. It is well furnished, clean and tidy ,a real credit to the owner.
We hired a people carrier for the two weeks and there was a covered area to park so the car was always cool which made things alot more comfortable.
There was only one thing which the vills lacked and that was an oven glove and a few more utensils would of helped as we cooked for ourselves most nights.
Its a big thumbs up from us all and would love to return.
