Roquebrune Cap Martin, right on board of the sea under the "basse corniche", 1 KM from Monaco, 5km from Menton and 6km from the italian border.

The city of Monaco with its beaches, attractions, museums, cultural life, golf, tennis club, can also be reached by foot by the" chemin des douaniers" which follows all the coast up to Menton on the other side.

To visit near : The medieval villages of Eze, Roquebrune, Sainte Agnès, and the roman site of La Turbie.

Cap Ferrat and Villefranche Bay are at roughly 10KM.

The International Airport of nice is at 25 km.

On the other side, after Menton, there is Italy, with Ventimiglia, San Remo and the Italian Riviera

    In winter an additional charge of 30 euros for the eating is to forecast.
    If you come for a stay longer than one week, please contact us so that we can make you an accurate proposal.
    If you wish to come for a week-end or a special period (lemon feast, Monaco grand prix, music festival...) please contact us so that we can make you a proposal according to your stay wishes.
    Possibility to come with a pet, to rent house-linen and towels, a housekeeping service, please contact us.
    An installment of 30 will be asked to validate the reservation, balance of the price upon your arrival together with a deposit guarantee which will be refunded to you within 15 days after the departure statement issue.
  • Weekly rentals are from saturday to saturday, unless mutual agreement to be defined with us according to availabilities.

    The house will be at your disposal the first day from 4 pm and should be freed the departure day latest at 12 am.
    Please contact us for specific needs.

    For week-end rentals, the house will be at your disposal on fridays from 4 pm until the sunday 7pm.

    For special longer week-ends (Christmas, 1st day, Easter, 1st May...)
    please contact us to arrange arrival and departure conditions as well as for prices.

  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 10% rent
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR300.00

  • Two bedrooms with issue on the terrace and garden with complete panoramic sea view: The first bedroom has a double bed (140x200), two bedside tables, an armchair and a wardrobe; The second bedroom is equipped on one side with super-imposed beds and on the other side with a boat-bed and a spare bed under. There is also a wardrobe and a chest. The living room has also an issue on the terrace on one side and the main door on the other side. The equipments are : a bed-seetee, a low table, a table with the television on, a round table and chairs. There is also a big table for outside with armchairs. In the kitchen corner you ca find : a kitchen sink and its cupboard, two cooking plates, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a micro-wave owen and wall cupboards with crockery.
