Fully equipped kitchen: 4 burner gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee-machine, toaster, pressure-cooker, crockery, cutlery, etc. 1 corridor, 1 bathroom with closets and a separate toilet. Very clean. Electricity and new boiler. Internet and unlimited free phone to 80 countries. TV HD. Linen provided (sheets, towels and tea towels). Very quiet street and very well located. Metro Compans Cafarelli, bus and vélo Toulouse. Shopping Centre Compans. Japanese Garden. Everything is close, within 5 minutes.

The apartment is located in the city centre business district: Convention Centre Pierre Baudis, University Toulouse Capitole, CSE, IEP. To stroll the Japanese Garden, the Canal de Brienne and the edge of the Garonne are very close. St-Pierre's Square so dear to students. Everything is close, within 5 minutes.
