House has 2 bedrooms and 2 Baths, convertible couch (Sleeps 4-6)

House built in 2002. Has 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and private bath other bedroom has queen size bed and bath off hall. Sleep sofa makes a queen size bed. Close to Tanger Outlet, which has minature golf as you enter, Beltz Mall and Walden's Landing with miniature golf, 5 minutes from Parkway, 10 minutes from Dollywood, 5 minutes from Country Tonite, Comedy Barn,Smoky Mountain Opry (formerly The Miracle Theater) and Dixie Stampede,Titanic, Wonder Works and too many others to name.. Resturants nearby are Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesday, K.J.'s Grill,Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Mellow Mushroom, Calhouns, O'Charley's, Damons House of Ribs, Tony Romas, Great American Steakhouse, Bull Fish Grill, Carinos Italian and many others.

It has a nice .5 mile paved area to walk, close to river, which you would be able to use for fishing, etc. Does have 10 steps with a hand rail to get into the house. No hot tub, but priced accordingly. Please NO pets. This is a place for a good walk in a quiet family setting. If children have bikes, there is a good safe place to ride, not heavy vehicle traffic.

House is designed for families with good Christian values. Movies, books, and games are designed for families. We would like to ask that you DO NOT smoke so as to not offend the next person that will be staying with us. Please for convenience of other people in area, limit of 2 vehicles in parking area.

If you are looking for a quiet and restful time, but not much drive time to sites, shopping and things to do, this is YOUR place to come and stay.

About Owner

Purchased property 11 years ago and house built then, enjoyed the area for relaxing and after 11 years still do. Go as time allows us to. Both have worked most of our lives, now have privilege of staying with grand children several days a week, but still enjoy getting away to this area for relaxation. Grand children love to come with us due the Little Pigeon River across the street from the house.

Owner purchased this house in 2001

to have to enjoy for ourselves and be able to share with others who like a quiet and restful time away from home.

We have rented this house for two years and we will be back --great location---great house---But one draw back two much TRAFFIC on parkway ha ha thanks agan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The location, just off the parkway, is great. Cracker Barrel right where the street comes out to the Parkway, supermarket 2nd signal light down the parkway, road to Dollywood 2 miles one direction and Walmart 2 miles the opposite direction. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need to live there and the price is right.

Wonderful vacation rental.

I reserved this house for my daughter and her family the weekend of July 8th. She called me as soon as she arrived and was thrilled with how nice and clean the house was. She said it's more beautiful than the pictures show. The owner was so pleasant to deal with. We will definitely reserve this house again and would highly reccomend it to our friends.

What a great place! Very nice and clean, in a great neighborhood, quiet and peaceful and still close to everything in town. We will definitely be back. My only complaint - we didn't get to stay long enough!
