Charming village house, completely renovated and refurbished in the heart of the medieval center of Grimaud, in a quiet street and flowers.

Bright and sunny, it features a cozy lounge with balcony, a spacious kitchen fully equipped where you can dine, an air-conditioned room with nice closet and balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet.

It is a modern and comfortable house in a typical street of a beautiful Provencal village.

Of 2 balconies, guests can relax and enjoy the view over the roofs of the old village, the plain of Grimaud and the Maures hills.

Large cellar for bicycles, scooter, stroller or whatever.

Many shops and restaurants 2 minutes walk.

Our tenants really appreciate the equipment very functional and complete, modern decor, but warm. The house has been completely renovated and equipped in 2010.

Air conditioning in the bedroom, electric heating in all rooms.

The sea and nature: Located 4 km from the sea, you can choose between the Gulf of St. Tropez and the beaches located in the municipalities of Sainte-Maxime, Ramatuelle, La Croix-Valmer and Cavalaire. Several water parks are active in some of these municipalities. The practice of scuba diving is interesting. Several shipwrecks dating from the Roman area can be visited in the seabed along the coast.

The Var is by far the best and most planted in the region. You can practice all kinds of sporting activities (hiking, biking, climbing, ....) and cultural (historical sites, botanical gardens, ...)

Visits and local crafts: Located in a bay where market activity has developed since Roman times, lots of historical sites can be visited in the Gulf and inland. The local handicraft is highly developed. It is often related to natural resources in the region.

To move more easily in the Gulf, it is possible to use the shuttle boats that replace advantageously the means of terrestrial locomotion.

Shopping and annimations: Shopping is highly developed in the region. You will find in the various municipalities in many local markets. In Saint-Tropez, all major brands of ready to wear are present. All kinds of activities are available every night.

The dining options are many and varied. Nice beach restaurants serving regional specialties appreciated.

The nightlife abound. All municipalities have a program of free and paid events. There are also many nightclubs where you can party until dawn. Atmosphere guaranteed.

In February, take advantage of the Nice Carnival, the festival of lemons in Menton, mimosa in bloom throughout the region.

In May, in Grimaud, the Euro Festival HARLEY-DAVIDSON is organized from 10 to 13 May ; you will be at the heart of entertainment in our home.

VERY NICE HOUSE. IN THE CENTRE OF GRIMAUD.

Our stay at the house was very good. Everything was in perfect shape. The house is clean and new, with a complete kitchen.
The description of the house is very accurate. The view from the balcons is great!
Parking is a bit difficult in high season but is managable.

SCHÖNE UNTERKUNFT, SUPERNETTE VERMIETER

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen, mitten im wunderschönen Grimaud. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht, um lecker zu kochen. Der Ausblick von den Balkonen ist unvergleichlich. Der Ortskern liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und es gibt dort nette Restaurants, eine tolle Weinbar und einige nette Geschäfte. Die Vermieter sind wirklich hinreißend und sehr freundlich.

NETTES HÄUSCHEN IN HISTORISCHER ALTSTADT!

Mein Mann und ich waren letzte Woche zum ersten Mal in Grimaud und wir haben uns sofort in die Altstadt verliebt, wo sich auch dieses nette, von außen unscheinbare Häuschen befindet, was wir bewohnt haben. Es ist innen schön renoviert und modern und hell (grau/weiß) eingerichtet. Im obersten Stock befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, Balkönchen (mit wunderbarer Weitsicht über die Region) und Bad. Im mittleren Stock (Eingangsetage) ist das Wohnzimmer (ebenfalls mit Balkönchen) und im UG ist die komplett ausgestattete Küche (mit Fenster). Es war alles wunderbar sauber und wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt, zumal uns das Ehepaar, das für dieses Haus verantwortlich ist, uns sehr herzlich und freundlich begrüßt hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Ehepaare sehr empfehlen. Es gibt nette Restaurants und einen Bäcker in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Auto haben wir immer auf einem in der Nähe liegenden Parkplatz geparkt. Da haben wir fast immer einen Platz ergattern können. In der Hochsaison könnte es jedoch etwas schwierig sein. Aber unterhalb des Dorfes gibt es auch ein Parkhaus!

SEHR SCHÖNER UND ERHOLSAMER URLAUB

Wir waren schon 2013 in dieser Wohnung und es hat uns damals sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns diesmal auch sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem
ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche.Die angenehme ruhige Lage sorgt für einen
super erholsamen Urlaub. Das einzige Problem, es gibt nicht allzu viele Parkplätze
gerade im Sommer wird das sicherlich problematisch.Aber wir würden die Wohnung nochmal mieten und können sie nur weiter empfehlen.

Owner's Response: Avec le mouvement permanent des personnes qui visitent notre beau village médiéval, il y a toujours des places de parking qui se libèrent tout au long de la journée. Il est en plus possible de se garer au pied du château. Cette zone méconnue des touristes offre toujours une possibilité. En 1 minute vous êtes à la maison.

SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter. Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sehr gute Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche (angefangen vom Induktionsherd bis hin zum Eierkocher).
Ruhige Lage, schöner Landschaftsausblick von den beiden kleinen Balkonen im Erdgeschoss sowie im 1.Stock. Wir haben die Zeit in Grimaud sehr genossen und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

SUPER SCHÖNER URLAUB

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 9 und 12 J zum 2. Mal in Grimaud.
Dieses Haus ist total schön, sauber, und in einem super Zustand.
Das Bad ist für 4 Personen allerdings etwas klein- aber machbar.
Für die Kinder steht im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Wir haben das Haus für nächstes Jahr direkt wieder gebucht.

  • The bedroom is spacious, bright and air conditioned. It is furnished with a large bed of 160 X 200 with four drawers, an armchair with footrest. A large wall-cupboard with mirror will allow you to store your clothes. The room is large enough to put a cot (not supplied). You can enjoy the sun on the balcony overlooking the rooftops with a very clear view on the plain of Cogolin. The second is the sleeping sofa in the living room is also comfortable size 160 X 200. The bedding for both beds is provided (pillows - duvets and sheets).
